We will explain hw the tissues are imaged, anntated, and sampled fr tissue micrarray cnstructin. We will describe hw tissue micrarray sectins are stained, imaged, and stred fr analysis. The tur will then prgress t a demnstratin f hw the slides are analyzed using varius image analysis prgrams, sme f which have been develped in the lab. Finally, we will have a presentatin that describes hw the quantitative measures btained frm these tissue-based analyses are incrprated int integrative mlecular epidemilgy studies. Clish, Brad Institute f MIT and Harvard, Cambridge, The Brad Institute's Metablmics Platfrm undertakes systematic studies f metablites, the unique chemical fingerprints that result frm bth nrmal and pathlgical cellular prcesses.
