Trauma crdinatrs will be riented t trauma criteria, the self-assessment categrizatin applicatin, and supprting dcumentatin needed fr trauma re-verificatin. Participants will learn what partners shuld be engaged in the trauma prgram and hw thse partners participate in the trauma re-verificatin visit. The sessin will begin with an verview f the findings frm reginal meetings held by BETS in the summer f 2015, as well as a high level verview f the varius prgrammatic effrts t imprve EMS, Trauma, Public Health, and Hspital capabilities. The sessin will g n t prvide infrmatin n data that IDPH has been assessing that will influence future grant structures t supprt lcal system develpment effrts. Finally, a draft cncept f hw future funding will be structured and cntracted fr ur lcal partners (beginning with State Fiscal Year 2018) will be presented.
