1 2013 Persn Specificatin Applicatin t enter Cre Training at CT1: Anaesthesia Entry Criteria Essential When Evaluated 1 Qualificatins MBBS r equivalent medical qualificatin Eligibility Eligible fr full registratin with the GMC at time f appintment 2 and hld a current licence t practice. 3 Either Evidence f current emplyment in a UKFPO affiliated Fundatin Prgramme r 12 mnths experience after full GMC registratin and evidence f achievement f Fundatin cmpetences in the 3 years befre the intended start date (i.e. between 31st July 2010 and 1st August 2013 unless a different start date is specifically indicated in advance by the deanery) frm a UKFPO affiliated Fundatin Prgramme r equivalent in line with GMC standards/gd Medical practice including Make the care r yur patient yur first cncern Prtect and prmte the health f patients and f the public Prvide a gd standard f practice and care Treat patients as individuals and respect their dignity Wrk in partnership with patients Be hnest and pen and act with integrity Eligibility t wrk in the UK Nt previusly relinquished, released r remved frm a Cre Anaesthesia training prgramme r frm an ACCS training prgramme except under exceptinal circumstances 4 5 Fitness T Practise Is up t date and fit t practise safely Language Skills Health All applicants t have demnstrable skills in written and spken English adequate t enable effective cmmunicatin abut medical tpics with patients and clleagues demnstrated by ne f the fllwing: that applicants have undertaken undergraduate medical training in English; r have achieved the fllwing scres in the academic lnternatinal English Language Testing System (IELTS) in a single sitting within 24 mnths at time f applicatin Overall 7, Speaking 7, Listening 7, Reading 7, Writing 7.
