BOOTHS: Bth assignments will be made n a first cme, first served basis, determined by receipt f applicatin and accmpanying payment. 2. USE OF SPACE: Subletting f space is PROHIBITED. NO exhibitr shall assign, sublet r apprtin the whle r any prtin f space alltted, r exhibit therein any gds ther than thse manufactured r distributed by the exhibitr in the regular curse f business, nr permit any firm nt exhibiting t slicit business r take rders in his place. Sund equipment may be used fr demnstratin nly. The use f sund r music fr attracting attentin is prhibited. 3. ABSENCE OF LIABILITY: CLAS DOES NOT carry insurance cvering exhibits, and des nt assume any respnsibility fr damage arising frm fires, lightning, smke, civil cmmtin, r safety f prperty frm theft. It is expressly understd that the exhibitr assumes all risks relating t participatin in the exhibitin. 4. TERMS OF PAYMENT: There is a rental charge f $ fr ne bth and $ fr each additinal bth (this price includes partnership and exhibit bth). This includes five (5) badges fr yur grup. All representatives must wear a CLAS name badge. NO REFUND will be made fr cancellatins. N exhibitr will be allwed t place equipment in the exhibit hall until full payment f the bth rental is received prir t the meeting date. Checks shuld be made payable t CLAS. 5. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS BY EXHIBITORS: Because f certain IRS regulatins, the sale f the article fr delivery n the premises is discuraged. Sale fr future delivery f prducts is permitted and encuraged. 6. SET UP AND EXHIBIT HOURS: Set up time is 3:00 p.m. t 6:00 p.m. n Sunday, June 9. The exhibit hall will pen at 6:30 a.m. fr exhibitr rientatin n Mnday, June 10, and clse at 4:30 p.m. On Tuesday, June 11, the exhibit hall will pen at 7:00 a.m. and clse at 12:00 p.m. All materials must be remved frm the exhibit hall by 1:30 p.m. n Tuesday, June 11. Exhibitrs are required t be present during these times. 7. REGISTRATION: Registratin fr cnventin attendees as well as refreshment breaks and specific meals will be in the exhibit halls. This is intended t generate additinal activity in these areas as we anticipate ver 1000 principals/administratrs t attend ur annual cnventin. ALL VENDORS, EXHIBITORS, OR SOLICITORS ATTENDING THE CLAS SUMMER CONVENTION ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A BOOTH AND WEAR CLAS NAME BADGES. THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ENSURE FAIRNESS TO ALL OUR EXHIBITORS.
