3 RESTRICTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES & RIGHTS RESTRICTIONS N member f United Sim Army Teams, (USAT) may vilate the established USAT rules. On ur server, we expect n member t vilate ur plicy as spelled ut in Field Manual The fllwing are include sme f ur rules, but is nt limited the fllwing. Yur tags represent and reflect upn USAT, and yu shuld act accrdingly t uphld ur gd name. Clearly, if yu are n a freign language server, yu may speak, and are encuraged t speak, their language. Yu MAY NOT recruit fr members n ther servers. If they ask yu abut USAT, yu may tell them abut us and give them ur website t find ut mre infrmatin, but d nt flat ut recruit them. RESPONSIBILITIES Sldiers f USAT are respnsible fr themselves and their actins. Their main task is just t play, and nly when they have time. Hwever, they are als respnsible fr a cuple additinal things, many f which are ne time set up items. 6 ADMINISTRATIVE LAW Every sldier in USAT falls under USATs administrative law. These include things such as unit transfers and discharges. NONPUNITIVE DISCIPLINARY MEASURES A cmmander may pt fr a variety f administrative actins in cases f pr duty perfrmance r minr miscnduct. Often these actins have a rehabilitative effect n yu, benefiting bth yu and the USAT. WITHHOLDING OF PRIVILEGES When necessary t maintain gd rder and discipline, the unit cmmander has the authrity t withhld many privileges, such as speaking in channel. The unit cmmander des nt have direct cntrl ver sme privileges, such as use f pb pwer. Only a higher cmmander having the authrity t grant these privileges may revke them. Althugh nt true in all cases, privileges withheld nrmally are thse that yu have misused. Fr example, yu may be denied use f Teamspeak if yu have been ghsting r denied use f pb pwer if yu kicked peple fr n reasn. ADMONITIONS AND REPRIMANDS The unit cmmander may give an ral r written admnitin r reprimand fr a specific act f miscnduct. He submits a written admnitin r reprimand in memrandum frmat t yu fr acknwledgment and rebuttal. DISCHARGES Hnrable Discharge Issuance f an hnrable discharge depends upn yur prper military behavir and perfrmance f duty. 7 miscnduct if, verall, yur service recrd is gd. Yu will be welcmed back int USAT shuld yu later wish yu rejin. General Discharge Under Hnrable Cnditins General discharges are apprpriate fr thse whse military recrds are satisfactry but are nt gd enugh t warrant hnrable discharge. Yu may have had frequent nnjudicial punishments r may have been a trublemaker, but yur cnduct has nt warranted less than a general discharge. Yu will be allwed back in USAT shuld yu later reapply. Discharge Under Other Than Hnrable Cnditins Only a general curt-martial cnvening authrity r general fficer in cmmand may give a discharge under ther than hnrable cnditins. Such a discharge will usually be given t thse wh have shwn, fr example, ne r mre incidents f serius miscnduct. 10 BACKGROUND CHECK The general rule is if they have an ACI ban, then NO GO. If necessary, pint them t fr appeals. If a player utside f USAT has a ban with ther Anti-Cheat rganizatins, then NO GO. If a prspect r current USAT member has a ban with ther Anti-Cheat rganizatins, then being allwed n ur server is decided n a case by case basis. They are still respnsible fr appeals t thse respective Anti-Cheat rganizatins t get their ban lifted, since ur server utilizes these ther anti-cheat rganizatin's banlists and f curse they cannt get nt thse member rganizatin game servers. When checking backgrund, it is nt enugh that the backgrund cmes up clean with username, yu need t click n the GUID f the player t get a detailed link analysis f their GUID and Cmputer MAC addresses. Smetimes, the accunt that has links t ther bans desn t shw up in yellw (links t ther anti-cheat rg bans). Clicking n the GUID and getting mre details, we can see that this character has a previus ban frm anther Anti-Cheat rganizatin as well as sme suspicius funny stuff ging n.
