RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Cmmunity Develpment Identify yur residents and knw where they live within the first three weeks f the semester. Ntify supervisr f rmmate cnflicts immediately and assist with rmmate mediatins / living agreements. Be available t residents and maintain high level f visibility in the buildings. Encurage residents t take respnsibility fr incidents and events in the cmmunity. Maintain a psitive flr cmmunity thrugh pen cmmunicatin and prgramming. Identify and ffer assistance t residents and clleagues n persnal, academic, wellness, r ther special issues.
