The three participating regins are Riverside Cunty Wrkfrce Develpment, San Bernardin, and Imperial Cunty. prject is based n a Prject Type B Applicant that refers t applicants that prpsed structural and/r service delivery refrm ideas that had been implemented r tested previusly and the testing indicated sme ptential fr success and that mre rigrus evaluatin was needed (Attachment A WIF Slicitatin fr Grant Applicatins, pg. 7). The Wrkfrce Investment Act prgram delivers a subset f services ffered by prject. Scpe f Wrk: RFP, pg. 8. Edna reviewed the prpsed scpe f wrk. She stated that further detailss regarding the crdinatin with the Natinal Evaluatin Crdinatr (NEC) can be fund n page 9 f the RFP. In additin, she elabrated n current data cllectin

3 systems, ncluding the Virtual One Stp (VOS) and the Effrts-t- as the Outcmes (ETO) database. VOS and ETO data will be used main data surce.
