Provincial Procurement Officer will manage the procurement process in each province by requesting approval from the National Office (Its subject to National Office s Prior ). 5 In case, PRF has to move out from the present building to another building within the Government s office campus due to extension of the NCRDPE Office. 6 Increase the budget from USD1,000 to USD1,800 per district office based on the survey information received from the Engineering Department where it was found that most of the PRF offices at the district levels were very old and damaged by termites and needed to be renovated including the roofing, painting, windows, flooring, etc... The process will commence in each province upon establishment of the new PRF office. Provincial Procurement Officer will manage the procurement process in each province by requesting approval from the National Office (Its subject to National Office s Prior ). 4
