Reference to (if any) Project Operational/Procurement Manual: Procurement for the project will be carried in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Guideline (revised January 2011). The Project Operation Manual (POM) prescribed the administrative procedures for the bidding process and the steps to be followed by all Bureaus and field offices of Bappenas and MOF. The rules that are not acceptable are enumerated in the Procurement Schedule of the Loan Agreement. 4.
