Applicatin requirements: Must be structured at the time f submissin t indicate that a vide will be submitted subsequently; Cver letter must include infrmatin abut the intent t submit a vide; Key images/ stills and a brief descriptin f each vide must be included within the page limits f the research strategy; Sufficient descriptive infrmatin must be prvided within the research strategy t understand the infrmatin presented in the vide, as nt all reviewers may be able t access the vide, depending n technlgical cnstraints; When human subjects r persnally identifiable infrmatin is represented in a vide, the applicant rganizatin is respnsible fr ensuring that human subjects have been cnsented and prtected apprpriately. A dcument is available that summarizes the significant changes that are implemented with the Octber 1, 2012 NIHGPS Changes_NIHGPS_2012.dc; See NOT-OD NIH annunced the release f the Public Access Cmpliance Mnitr ( a webbased tl that institutins can use t track cmpliance f publicatins that fall under the NIH Public Access Plicy. By prviding efficient and flexible methds fr retrieving, viewing, and rganizing public access cmpliance infrmatin, the cmpliance mnitr supprts the effrts f grantee rganizatins t ensure their awards are cmpliant. 10 Update n RBMs Activities Cuncil n Financial Assistance Refrm (COFAR) - RBM lking fr ways t imprve cmmunicatins with the COFAR cuncil and will use members f OMB staff t help facilitate this effrt. RPPR Final Reprt Subcmmittee Jean Feldman (NSF) and Michelle Bulls (NIH) will c-chair this cmmittee. Gal will be t use and/r expand n current data elements frm the annual RPPR reprt t implement a final reprt fr the RPPR. Effrt Reprting Debbie Rafi (DD) cnvened a cnference call with representatives frm three IG ffices t include: NSF, HHS, and Divisin f Cst Allcatin (DCA).
