Means a full-time faculty member (frm Categry A1.A r A1.5, includes Faculty, Administrative and Prfessinal Officer, Faculty Service Officer, Librarian) wh is emplyed at the University f Alberta under the terms and cnditins f the Bard/AASUA Agreement - Faculty Anyne with the authrity t direct the activities f anther persn. Entities that are part f the legal entity "The Gvernrs f the University f Alberta" This wuld include faculties, departments, schls, peratinal units such as parking services and husing and fd services, academic centres and institutes, and sme affiliated centres and institutes.
