7 One-Stop Customer Satisfaction Survey Summary The One-Stop Job Market Customer Satisfaction Survey was implemented in January The survey document has evolved into a resource that rates the One-Stop Job Market and the Mobile Unit on the environment presented to our customers. The information in this document includes information from 38 One-Stop Job Market surveys collected during the sample week of March 18, 2013-March 22, The Mobile unit was out of service during the time that the surveys were completed. ************************************************************************************ Overall during this sample week, customers rated One-Stop Job Market services with an average of 3.80 on a scale of 1-4. The largest industrial representation on file was from the Accommodation and Food Services industries with more than 4 of every 10 (40.7%) having previous experience.
