The application without prerequisite eligibility (copy of notarized work done certificate shall be enclosed) will be liable for rejection. Consultancy firms who have services for works are only eligible to apply. Consultancy firms who are already having five works on hand in KHB are not eligible. Firms, companies & individual persons are eligible for participation in the tender. Note: All the necessary documents shall be scanned and uploaded in the e- procurement portal. Non- required documents shall be liable for rejection. Consultants will be selected under Least Cost Selection (LCS) procedure described in the bid documents. Only qualified firms, companies & individual persons in technical proposal will be considered for opening of financial bid KHB reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this invitation to BID/Tender without assigning any reason whatsoever. 6 The events of tender are as under: 1 Interested applicants may access bidding documents through the e- procurement portal (i) The fees towards Tender Document and EMD shall be remitted separately through the online payment gateway provided in the portal before the tender closing date.
