2 NOTICE TO THE APPLICANT Preamble Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai Refinery intends to enlist contractors & architects for various categories of jobs for Estates Department. We are enclosing herewith application for enlistment along with documents /details required for enlistment, which is required to be filled in by you, complete in all respects and submitted to us. Party s application form duly filled in and containing all information & supporting documents should be submitted, in a sealed envelope clearly super scribing EOI FOR CONTRACTORS / ARCHITECTS REGISTRATION - ESTATES (Mention the category for which contractors/architects intends to register with BPCL) to: On or Before 28 th February Mr. G. K. Murali Chief Manager (P&CS) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Mumbai Refinery, MAHUL, CHEMBUR, MUMBAI Cost/expenditure incurred by the applicant in submitting the application by any mode of transport, travel, boarding and lodging or any other manner shall be entirely on the applicant s account. In case the applicant intends to give additional information for which specified space is not sufficient, the party may do so by adding extra sheets by indicating duly at the appropriate column. Clarifications could be sought from the Office of the Senior Manager or Chief Manager (P&CS), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., 4 th floor south block, admin building, Mumbai Refinery, Mumbai (On all working days Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:15 am). Civil Jobs for Buildings 2. Plumbing Jobs 3. Electrical Jobs for Buildings 4. Maintenance of drinking water supply pumps 5. Horticulture & Gardening jobs 6. Housekeeping jobs 7. Operation & Maintenance of Bio-gas plant/vermi-composting pits 8. Operation & Maintenance of Health Clubs (Gym/Spa etc) 9. Operation & Maintenance of Swimming pools 10. Water proofing and external painting of buildings/flats 11. Internal painting of buildings/flats 12. Pest Control in flats / surrounding areas 13. Maintenance of lifts for buildings (7 storeys and above) 14. Road works 15. Maintenance of bore wells and fountains 16. Carpentry and interior jobs 17. Interior Architects 18. Maintenance of telephone network and telephone exchange 19. Operation & Maintenance of Access Control Equipments 20. Maintenance of Air Conditioners 21.
