4 Annexure-B GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Please submit the Tender Document duly filled in sealed envelope superscribing name of the work. Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of USHA make water cooler at HRDC building Gr. Floor, Taratala, Kolkata , 2. Statutory documents like PAN, VAT Regn., Service Tax Regn.etc. 3. The vendor must be ASD of USHA Water Coolers.( Documents to be submitted.) 4. Job to be completed by 07 days after issuance of order. 5. Submit relevant order copies for supplying and installation of same item to Govt. sectors/reputed private company. ( Documents to be submitted.) 6. Quote your price as per BOQ format ( Annexure-C). 7. The rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, cess, transportation etc 8. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of work against submission of bill along with Challan etc % Security deposit on the bill value will be deducted. & the same will be refunded after successful completion of 12 months defect liability period from the date of completion. 10. The quoted rates should be firm throughout the period till you handover the total job. No price escalation will be allowed. The price bid should remain valid for a period of 120 days 11. Any statutory deduction, if applicable, will be deducted at source. 12. No Tender fees & EMD are required to be submitted.
