TENDER NOTICE NO.7 OF In the name of Governor of Gujarat State the tenders of below mentioned works are invited online by the Executive Engineer, Surat (R&B) Division No.2, (Phone no , ) Opp. Dayalji Baug, Nanpura, Surat from intending bidders. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send the D.D. in original through R.P.A.D. So as to reach to Superintending Engineer at the time of tender opening or send the same through R.P.A.D. so as to reach to Executive Engineer, Surat (R&B) Div.No.2, Opp. Dutch Garden, Nanpura, Surat within 7 days from the last date of opening. Penaltative action for not submitting D.D. in original to E.E. by bidder shall be initiated and action shall be taken for abeyance of registration and cancellation of e-tendering code for a period of one year as Govt. After tender submission date and time, bidder can not edit their submitted offer in any case. 4 4.2 Tenderer shall submit their offer Bid in electronic format on above mentioned web site and date shown above after Digitally Signing the same. 4.3 Offers submitted without Digitally signature will not be accepted. 4.4 Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case. 5.0 Submission of tender Fees, Bid Security : 5.1 As per 2.0 A, B. 5.2 Tender fee for works as mentioned in 2.0 A shall be by Demand draft in favour of "Executive Engineer, Surat (R&B) Div.No.2, Surat" payable at Surat from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. BG shall be valid upto 180 days. 5.3 Bid Security i.e. EMD for works as mentioned in 2.0 A shall be in the form of or DD/FDR/BG in favour of "Executive Engineer, Surat (R&B) Div.No.2, Surat" from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank, BG shall be valided up to 180 Days. If information is provided in another language, it shall be accompanied by a translation of its pertinent parts into ENGLISH. This translation will govern and be used for interpreting the information. 9.4 The cost incurred by the contractor for this offer for clarification or attending discussion, conference or site visits will not be reimbursed by the Employer of Engineer-in-charge. 9.5 The application shall be submitted through online with following documents. (a) Current Registration for works at "Sr.No. (1) & (2) Experience Institute." Registration shall be with Roads and Building Department of Government of Gujarat and to be submitted online in electronic format only. (b) The Bank solvency Certificate for the current calendar year from a Nationalized Bank / Schedule Bank along with Sarder Sarovar Narmada Nigam's Bonds of SSNNL FDR's for at least 10% value of Bank solvency, pledged in the name of the Executive Engineer, who had issued Current Registration Certificate required as mentioned above. (c) valid plant certificate from S.E. Mech. Circle (for asphalt works only) (d) Partnership deed if necessary.
