Time of Completion: 15 Days from the date of issue of purchase order. 3. Earnest Money Deposit Rs 50, ( Rupees Fifty thousand only) in shape of Bank's Demand Draft and shall be in favor of SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad. 4. Tender Cost Rs ( Rupees Two thousand only) in shape of Bank's Demand Draft and shall be in favor of SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad. 5. Details of payment Payment will be made after supply and installation at site as per tender specifications by the respective Branches % of the total contract amount per week beyond the date of completion, subject to maximum of 5% of the contract value. 14. Warranty Period 12 months from the date of installation. The vendor shall be replacing the damage material during the period caused due to Manufacturing Defects. The vendors who are empanelled with State Bank of India under appropriate category are only eligible for supply. The vendors should submit the proof of the same, failing which they will be treated as ineligible. In case the date of online e-tendering is declared as a holiday, the same will be conducted on the next working day at the same time.

3 SBIIMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. It is contractor s responsibility to well prepared and get ready with on line e- tendering procedures & well equipped with all requirements. SBIIMS will not take any responsibility of delay in submission of EMD etc. Technical Specifications: i) The Locker dimensions and specification shall be strictly adhering to IS 5244 : 2014 (or the latest version) Note: For any additional features provided by the vendor, no additional cost will be paid. Special Terms & Conditions: 1) The vendors should submit the valid Empanelment certificate with State Bank of India, failing which their tenders shall liable for rejection. 2) The successful vendors have to supply, install at the resepective Branchs. The installation of the locker may anywhere from Ground floor to 2 nd floor. 3) The vendors should invariably submit factory test certificates. 4) The technical Bid should contain the following: i) EMD, Tender cost in the form of DD or BC favouring SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. ii) Signed copy of tender document on all the pages iii) Test certificates 5) The rate shall be firm for the entire supply. 6) Orders will be placed by RBO s and the payment will be released by respective RBO/Branch. 7) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all material, Labor, taxes (excluding GST), levies/octroi, transportation to site and hand over to concerned officials etc., However, GST will be paid as per Govt. Norms. 8) The rates quoted by the vendor shall include all eventualities, such as heavy rain, sudden floods, accidents, fire, riots etc., which may cause damage to the item at any stage till supply & successful installation. I/We do hereby undertake to execute and complete the whole or part of the work (as desired by you) at the respective rates which/i/we have quoted for the respective items of the Bill of Quantities and at which rate the items specified amount as per Price Bid. I/We are depositing as Earnest Money a sum as mentioned in the NIT in favor of SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. In the event of this Tender being accepted I/We agree to enter into an agreement on a Rs 200/- stamp paper as and when required and execute the contract according to your form of Agreement, within 10 days of receipt of work order, in default thereof, I/We do hereby bind my-self/ourselves to forfeit the aforesaid EMD. I/We further agree to give warranty of 12 months from the date of successful supply, installation. I/We agree not to employ Sub-contractors other than those that may be specifically approved by you. I/We agree that all the rates quoted by me/ us are inclusive of all except GST, nothing extra shall be claimed anytime. I/We agree to pay Income tax, to be deducted at source, at the rate prevailing from time to time on the Gross value of the Bill, and the rates quoted by me/we are inclusive of same.
