Continuing Education: We provide education programs for all disciplines in the senior care industry and encourage you to attend any of the sessions offered. However, designated sessions for Certified Dietary Managers will be conducted on Tuesday, May 2 only. Administrators may receive continuing education for any session attended. To receive CEU hours NAME BADGES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES DURING CONVENTION. 13 hours of continuing education will be available 5 hours Monday, 4 hours Tuesday and 4 hours Wednesday. This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) and approved for 40 clock hours and 13 participant hours. Program Approval Code: A32745-IN. Continuing education units, up to 12 total hours, have been approved by the Home Care Administrator Directory of the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Continuing education units, up to 4 general hours on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 have been approved by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers. Approval #

4 Handouts: An individual per registrant must be provided upon registration and handouts will be sent to provided at least one week in advance for copying. Registrant should bring handouts to convention, if they choose. Handouts WILL NOT be available at convention. Not all speakers will provide handouts for presentations. Name Badge: Pick up at registration desk upon check-in. Name badges will contain an RFID badge and MUST BE WORN IN VISABLE SITE DURING CONVENTION HOURS TO RECEIVE CEU S. If name badge is not worn, no ceu s will be received. There will be a $10 charge for name badge replacement. Trade Show Admission: Trade show is open to only paid convention attendees wearing a name badge. Only paid exhibitors and sponsors of this convention are allowed to showcase their products to attendees. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before Monday, April 3, 2017 will receive full registration refund. Cancellations received between Monday, April 3rd and Sunday, April 16, 2017 will receive 50% refund. NO refund or credit available on or after Monday, April 17th; however substitution is allowed. Guidance related to regulations scheduled to become effective in November of 2017 (phase 2) will also be provided.
