2 What s the Change All About for Physicians? The next transformation in healthcare: Physician Medicare reimbursement. The long-awaited journey to establish value-based healthcare business models has taken a giant leap forward with the announcement of MACRA. Everybody is now in a value-based reimbursement setting, and the reason for that is MACRA. We are all subject to MACRA and the changes impacting physician practices. Lisa Remington President Remington Health Strategy Group, and Publisher of The Remington Report MACRA is just one change. The other is the physician s chronic care management program. Physicians have separate fee structures for the care and oversight of managing chronic care patients 24/7. These two transformations open-up new opportunities for your organization. Series 2 Blueprint to Partner a Chronic Care Model with Physicians is going to provide you the exact ways you can expand your market share and grow revenue. Eight New Opportunities for Your Organization 1.
