2 The Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers is pleased to present our 13th Annual Fall Fair. This year s meeting will be held at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center, 6808 South 107th East Ave., Tulsa, OK on Sept , Our theme is Home Is Where The Heart Is which compliments our journey from our Annual Convention. Meetings begin promptly at 8:30 am and adjourn by 4:30 pm. The program will consist of educational classes for Administrators, Nurses, & other staff members. Registration: On-line registration with payment options is available at Registration fee includes 12 hours of educational programs, trade show and all designated meal functions This educational offering has been reviewed by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrators Boards (NAB) and approved for clock hours and participant hours for Nursing Home, Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrators. This educational program has also been approved for participant hours for Home Care Administrators. Deadline for class registration is Friday, Sept. 7th.
