The SWS Plan prvides the fllwing infrmatin: purpse and scpe f the plan facility descriptin and perating histry, including any failures r knwn significant incidents all functinal remaining services and systems the required mnitring, surveillance and testing activities required existing building hazards including radilgical, chemical, industrial and criticality cntrl -6-

9 KEY LESSONS LEARNED The CRL site has perated fr mre than 70 years, during the time facilities have been mdified, cleaned up and re-used t supprt varius missins ver that time frame.
