3 When Dreams of a Neighborhood Park Come True Many residents around the vacant 1.4 acre site on the northeast corner of McFadden and Orange have been wishing for a park at this site. This special - project serves as an example of the community s effort to develop a park in a part of town that does not have a park within a 1/2 mile radius of their neighborhood. The project is being developed as a park honoring its historic location.
