Refunds will NOT be issued for one day events. Requests for refunds must be made in writing at least 5 business days (M-F) before a program begins. Written request must include all pertinent information (i.e. participant name; parent/guardian name; address; phone #; program; reason for requesting a refund). Full refunds are granted in the event a class is full or cancelled by the Recreation Department. ALL refunds will follow the Finance Department s bill paying schedule and will be issued by township check (no cash refunds). Allow 4~6 weeks for refund to be processed. 2

A multitude of opportunities for all residents to enjoy are provided in this Fall/Winter Recreational Brochure. Whether your interest is recreation, gymnastics, performing arts, or athletics, the department offers something for everyone. Your Municipal Government and the Department of Recreation are committed to providing the residents with the greatest number and highest quality programs possible. CIVIC CENTER The Civic Center Meeting Room may be reserved by Civic Organizations for meetings when available. Located in the Municipal Complex, the room seats 160 persons. Call , ext to reserve. SECRET WITNESS PROGRAM The Parks and Recreation Department is extremely proud of its Secret Witness Program. While the Township is very fortunate that vandalism is confined to isolated incidents, it is still very costly and time consuming to make repairs. Observers of vandalism should call The caller will remain anonymous. OUR MISSION The Department of Recreation is committed to providing exceptional services, recreational programs and opportunities for Manchester Residents. M. M. A. C. The Manchester Municipal Alliance Committee on alcohol and drug abuse prevention and youth services (M.A.C.) currently operates several substance abuse prevention activities. Volunteers needed. New members are welcome. Meetings are the last Tuesday of every month, 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Civic Center. PAL Manchester PAL is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing recreation and sport activities for young people. For information, please call LMSA~Soccer LMSA meetings are the 1st Tuesday of every month in The Manchester Town Hall Civic 7:00 pm.
