A dedicated nurse sets the heaing process in motion from the first meeting with the patient and his/her famiy. A nurse's compassion negates apprehension in the mind of the patient and his/her famiy, and gives a great dea of reief and reassurance. Nursing has evoved over the years. This profession has served the i and inept in pubic, private and natura disasters and on war fieds with great dea of empathy. Taking this profession a step further is a new trend in the USA. Most nurses are now we-trained nursing practitioners who are fuy independent and are quaified to provide primary care. 5 Courses Offered Facuty & Faciities B Sc NURSING P B B Sc NURSING Duration: Four competed years incuding training of 24 weeks. Eigibiity: Pass in PUC/10+2 or any equivaent with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Bioogy and Engish. Age: Must have competed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission. Duration: Two years from the date of commencement of terms notified by the University. Eigibiity: A registered GNM with minimum two years of experience in hospita or community heath nursing. Age: No candidate who is above 48 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission sha be eigibe. Teaching Facuty Our main strength is our teaching facuty.
