I understand that parking of vehices (if aowed) in the hoste wi be at my own risk and in case of any oss of persona beongings; oss or damage to the vehice or parts /accessories of the vehices, the Institution sha not be responsibe for any type of compensation. 13. I wi have to vacate the hoste in case of any requirement of the Institution for some specific period for any reasons incuding accommodating guests, deegates, participants of any event, for maintenance work etc. 14. I sha not coect any money from any student(s), empoyee(s) or other person(s) for any purpose incuding donations, contributions/gathering without the written approva of the Institution. 15. The Management has the fu authority to ca/send for officia/academic purposes any time even during hoidays or for eary or deayed stays even during nights. 16. The Management have the fu authority for the inspection of the room, bags, amirahs or any of my persona beongings at any time. 17. I understand that hoste, aotted at the time of admission or otherwise, may be shifted to other hoste, at any time and the aotted room, foor and other faciities in the hoste may aso be changed at any time, as decided by The Management. 18. I sha not aow any unauthorized person to enter or stay in my room. 19. I sha mysef take precautions against insect-bites, dog-bites, snake-bites, anima-bites, pant-bites and such other infections and diseases and sha carry the first aid kits every time and the University sha not be iabe for such infections and diseases. 20. I sha not misuse eectricity by using eectrica gadgets ike irons, heaters, audio payers, juicers etc. 21. I understand that the hoste fee does not incude the eectricity charges/amount and I sha be iabe to pay the eectricity charges/amount separatey in addition to the hoste fee as decided by The Management. 22. The student must aways carry the card and present it when demanded. No student wi be aowed to attend casses, practica, demonstrations and examinations without identity card. A the students are required to carry with them in person, the identity card which they are bound to produce on demand by the, a) Security b) Librarian c) Cashier d) Enquiry Cerk e) Lecturers/Instructors (Staff Members) 2) Students must be present in the respective cassrooms before the commencement of the cass.
