Red Crss mnitrs fire calls that cme in. They get text messages that there is a fire. They will call t see if we need any assistance. Handed ut flyer (see attached). They will cme ut with cler with drinks and snacks. They will wrk with family t identify needs f fd, clthing, and shelter. Anyne wh is displaced frm hme will get this service. Even if they are staying with relatives, they will cme ut and prvide funds fr fd and clthing and guidance. They als ffer mbile kitchen that is hused in Springfield. This can be used fr scenes that are lng in duratin. Takes abut 4 hurs t get that up and running. They need t purchase supplies prir t getting this up and running. Currently fcusing n prepardness. They will meet with any cmmunity grups and talk abut prepardness effrts. Reginal shelter in this area is Smith Vke. Red Crss will pen shelters in lcal cmmunities as needed. Cindy Hann is Mary equivalent and handles ther areas. All Hampshire Reginal equipment is being stred at Hampshire MalL There are 100 cts there right nw. Red Crss has partnered with the DART's and SMART's fr animal shelters fr individuals needs. It is nw required by State law that any shelter that pens up will need t have animal capabilities as well. Reprts n Cmmittee's: Cmmunicatins: WMFCA will be purchasing new batteries fr all the radi caches. The mney is there. They are lking at what type f batteries t get. Chief Nrris updated grup again n the HCOG cmmunicatins versight cmmittee. All Gshen Twer mney will g twards the three twers t pay fr the equipment, etc. n the three

When yu need help with prviding hydratin and meals t yur crews at a disaster that is lasting lnger than 4 hurs. Hw t cntact us: The peratr will take yur infrmatin including address f incident, number f families/peple affected and if emergency persnnel will need drinks/snacks. They will immediately pass this inf n t ur Disaster Team dispatcher. The Disaster Team dispatcher will return yur call within 15 minutes t cnfirm ur ETA.
