This grant for 4,457 will fund two defibrillators, four response bags, PPE clothing, a training defibrillator, resuscitation dummies, three pulse oximeters, and two ambu suction units. Western Beacons Mountain Search and Rescue Team Bridgend Western Beacons Mountain Search and Rescue Team will use the grant to train their members to be able to attend flood emergencies and water rescues at a national level. This grant for 4,686 will fund a four day Swift Water Rescue Technician course and related rescue equipment for six volunteers. Rhymney Ladies Flower Guild Caerphilly Rhymney Ladies Flower Guild in Caerphilly will use the grant to provide trips for their members and run a number of horticulture and healthy living classes. This grant for 3,541 will fund entrance fees, transport and tutor fees.

This grant for 4,913 will fund building work, back door, disabled toilet and gates. Crumlin Bravehearts Support Group Caerphilly Crumlin Bravehearts Support Group in Caerphilly will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest to improve their health and reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,758 will fund travel costs and entrance fees. Newport and Cwmbran Royal Engineers Association Caerphilly Newport and Cwmbran Royal Engineers Association will use the grant to travel to Gibraltar to participate in the tricentennial parade and ceremonial activities of the Corps of Royal Engineers. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel and accommodation costs. Maesycwmmer Community Council Caerphilly Maesycwmmer Community Council in Blackwood will use the grant to run a range of activities for a summer play scheme. This grant for 2,440 will fund venue hire, materials, equipment, trips, recruitment and training, healthy eating refreshments, and entertainment.

3 Cardiff City FC Community Foundation Cardiff Cardiff City FC Community Foundation will use the grant to run a five day boot camp during the Summer holiday period to challenge misconceptions, address under-representation and release the creative and sporting talents of young females, aged 14-19, from South Wales. This grant for 4,806 will fund sport facility hire, classroom hire, tutor costs, sports coaches, marketing and recruitment costs, evaluation, sports equipment and subsistence. Steps4Change Ltd Cardiff Steps4Change Ltd in Cardiff will use the grant to pilot a series of positive parenting workshops with BME families in the local community. This grant for 4,997 will fund training sessions, activity sessions, publicity materials, sessional worker fees, volunteer expenses, venue hire, refreshments, and travel. Carmel and District Welfare Club Carmarthenshire Carmel and District Welfare Club in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to replace their boiler which will provide improved facilities for users. This grant for 2,945 will fund a new boiler. Alban Road OAP Carmarthenshire Alban Road OAP in Llanelli will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation and put on four talks on topics of interest to the group. This grant for 5,000 will fund two trips away, travel costs for five trips, talks, theatre visit and cinema trip.

This grant for 4,821 will part-fund transport costs and entrance fees for 8 different excursions. Cylch Meithrin Coedmor Carmarthenshire Cylch Meithrin Coedmor in Ceredigion will use the grant to purchase equipment after moving to a new location, which will provide improved facilities for the children who attend their group. This grant for 4,996 will fund chairs and tables, storage, furniture and activity equipment. St Clears and District Gardening Club Carmarthenshire St Clears and District Gardening Group in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips and provide speakers on interesting topics to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,903 will fund coach travel for a trip away, coach and entrance fees for day trips and speaker s fees. Meidrim Senior Citizens Carmarthenshire Meidrim Senior Citizens, in Carmarthenshire, will take their members on a series of trips to places of interest to support community cohesion. The grant, of 4,424, will fund transport costs, entrance fees and refreshment costs.

Equus Ferus International CIC Carmarthenshire Equus Ferus International CIC in Kidwelly will use the grant to setup a series of workshops aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals through the medium of Equine Facilitated Learning and Natural Horsemanship skills. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund staff costs, training courses, workshop facilitators, equipment, a shed, office equipment, insurance, publicity, and professional fees. Tybie Youth Carmarthenshire Tybie Youth in Llandybie will use the grant to give younger members the opportunity to learn new skills and come together through integrated activities. This grant for 4,880 will fund sessional workers, accommodation, refreshments, water skills courses including sailing and canoeing, travel, a GoPro camera, and an ipad. Cyfle i Bawb Carmarthenshire Cyfle I Bawb, based in Llanelli, will go on a series of trips to places of interest to their members. This grant for 2,200 is for transport and entrances fees.

This grant for 4,960 will part-fund coach hire, entrance costs, and half-board accommodation costs. Ystwyth Valley Flix in the Stix Ceredigion Ystwyth Valley Flix in the Stix in Ceredigion will use the grant to provide weekly movie showings at the local village hall for people at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,735 will fund a projector, screen, window blackouts, community transport and venue hire. Llandysul a Phont-Tyweli Ymlaen Cyf Ceredigion Llandysul a Phont-Tyweli Ymlaen Cyf will use the grant to hold an event which will promote the concepts of renewable energy, recycling and future sustainability, with the aim of educating the community and improving cohesion. This grant for 5,000 will fund marquee hire, marketing and demonstration costs. Follow Your Dreams Technology Club Ceredigion Follow Your Dreams Technology Club in Porthcawl will use the grant to subsidise several day trips and short breaks for up to 20 children and adults on the autism spectrum. This grant for 5,000 will partfund two residential trips, a Go Pro camera and insurance, a speedboat ride, white water rafting, and several day trips to places of interest.

This grant for 2,930 will fund travel, entrance fees, and refreshments. Elenydd Wilderness Hostels Ceredigion Elenydd Wilderness Hostels in Ceredigion will use the grant to remove the asbestos in one of their buildings to provide safer facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund removal of asbestos, re-instatement of ceiling and bunkbeds. Cylch Meithrin Cei Newydd Ceredigion Cylch Meithrin Cei Newydd, in Ceredigion, will purchase necessary resources to improve the play and learning opportunities for the children who attend. The grant, of 5,000, will fund language, IT and maths resources. Coach Connect C.I.C. Conwy Coach Connect C.I.C in Conwy will use the grant to hold an event for 60 to 70 participants to encourage them to participate in future coaching sessions. This grant for 4,998 will fund venue hire, refreshments, promotional materials, equipment, marketing and publicity materials, translation, sessional workers, and professional coaching fees.

CAIS Limited Conwy CAIS Limited, based in Conwy, will extend their support services to include working with the families of veterans in four regions of Wales. The grant, of 3,000, will fund 12 tablet computers. Rowen Memorial Hall Conwy Rowen Memorial Hall, based in Conwy, will purchase and install a new kitchen for use by the local community. This grant for 4,508 is for the supply and fitting of a new kitchen, a gas cooker, a fridge, kitchen decorations, electrical work and the installation of the gas cooker. North Wales Fife Fancy Canary Club Conwy North Wales Fife Fancy Canary Club, based in Conwy, will buy new equipment to be used in their shows. This grant for 5,000 is for galvanised steel staging.

This grant for 2,355 will fund transport. Denbigh Men's Shed Limited Denbighshire Denbigh Men s Shed Limited will use the grant to run sessions in cooking, cleaning activities and other independent living skills with people who experience social exclusion, loneliness, mental health issues or who live in residential care, to increase their skills whilst reducing social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional worker costs, volunteer expenses and workshop supplies. Ysgol Penmorfa Denbighshire Ysgol Penmorfa in Prestatyn will use the grant to purchase new equipment for their after school clubs and for use during nursery and pre-school sessions. This grant for 4,930 will fund a mud kitchen, damming table-pump and reservoir, picnic table, compost top, outdoor free standing scales, and recycling composter. Corwen and District Angling Club Denbighshire Corwen and District Angling Club in Flintshire will use the grant to improve disabled access to their waters and provide existing members with safety training. This grant for 5,000 will fund training sessions, tools, and access materials.

This grant for 4,995 will fund preparation work, six planters, a recycling composter, three benches, a picnic table, and a giant chalkboard. Cyfeillion Ysgol Maes Garmon Flintshire Cyfeillion Ysgol Maes Garmon, in Flintshire, will use the grant to deliver a range of workshops and activities for local children at a three day summer school. The grant, of 4,995, will fund tutor costs, supporting staff and learning resources. Cymdeithas Lenyddol Bro Goronwy Flintshire Cymdeithas Lenyddol Bro Goronwy, on Anglesey, will take their members on a trip to a number of places of interest in Flintshire. The grant, of 1,100, will fund transport costs, guide and guest speaker fees, refreshments and evening meals. Flint Town Council Flintshire Flint Town Council will use the grant to work together with local school children to design and produce banners celebrating the culture and heritage of the local community. This grant for 4,570 will fund the design and print of banners, artist sessional worker fee, cherry picker, bunting, information packs, and materials.

This grant for 3,500 will fund transport. Merched y Wawr Cangen Dinas Llanwnda a'r Cylch Gwynedd Merched y Wawr Cangen Dinas Llanwnda a'r Cylch, in Gwynedd, will take their members on a trip to Blaenau Ffestiniog to visit Seren Ffestiniog Cyf. an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities and provides a service for the community. The grant, of 500, will fund transport costs and refreshments. Neuadd Bentref Llanuwchlyn Gwynedd Neuadd Bentref Llanuwchllyn, in Gwynedd, will upgrade the facilities at the hall in order to provide an improved community space and create an additional meeting room to meet the need of local groups. The grant, of 5,000, will fund chairs, tables, kitchen work surfaces, white goods, a lectern, lighting, blinds and painting costs. Pantri No 6 Isle of Anglesey Pantri No 6 on Anglesey will use the grant to purchase equipment to develop an internet café and dropin centre for unemployed or low paid earners in the local community. This grant for 5,000 will fund seven computers, ten tables, 40 chairs, flooring, carpeting, and various crockery and cutlery.

This grant for 4,075 will fund ipads, outdoor toys, craft items and workshop costs. 1st Amlwch Guides Isle of Anglesey 1st Amlwch Guides on Anglesey will use the grant to part-fund a weekend break for 40 members and 12 leaders, the majority of whom would not otherwise be able to attend. This grant for 4,636 will fund campsite fees, transport, food and refreshments, and various activities. Music Traditions Wales Ltd Merthyr Tydfil Music Traditions Wales Ltd will use the grant to deliver dance and art workshops designed to increase the confidence of 40 disadvantaged younger people in Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding areas. This grant for 5,000 will fund project worker sessional fees, venue hire, materials, and project management costs. The National Autistic Society Monmouthshire The National Autistic Society will use the grant to establish an autism specific social group to run on a monthly basis in Chepstow. This grant for 3,364 will fund promotional materials, volunteer recruitment, sessional worker costs, travel, activity costs, administration, and volunteer training.

This grant for 2,885 will fund hire of a PA system, skip, generator, marquee, security and portable toilets, advertising costs, public liability insurance, steward radios, a graffiti artist and equipment, paper and printing costs. Monnow Valley Arts Monmouthshire Monnow Valley Arts will use the grant to run weekly print making workshops for people in Monmouthshire with the early stages of dementia to enhance their quality of life. This grant for 4,980 will fund sessional workers, venue hire, travel expenses and materials. Foster Carers 4 Foster Carers Association Monmouthshire Foster Carers 4 Foster Carers Association in Monmouthshire will use the grant to run events for their members including a craft afternoon and pool fun day to support both the carers and looked after children. This grant for 1,081 will fund venue hire and materials for four event days. Banwen Gardening Club Neath Port Talbot Banwen Gardening Club in Neath will use the grant to purchase garden tools and equipment that will allow them to develop their community garden. The grant of 5,000 will be used to purchase various garden tools and equipment.

This grant for 4,980 will fund guest speaker fees, activities, community woodworking, arts and craft course, materials, transport, entrance fees, publicity materials, and accommodation fees. Port Talbot Women's Institute Neath Port Talbot Port Talbot Women s Institute will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to different gardens and places of interest to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,633 will fund travel and entrance fees for trips to six locations. The Daffodil Senior Citizens Club Newport The Daffodil Senior Citizens Club, based in Newport, will go on a weekend trip to Ilfracombe. This grant for 5,000 is for costs associated with a weekend trip. Choices Senior Citizens Club Newport Choices Senior Citizens Club in Newport will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 2,320 will fund transport costs.

This grant for 5,350 is for four defibrillators, two outdoors cabinets, one indoor cabinet and installation costs. Fishguard Unit 142 of the Sea Cadet Corps Pembrokeshire Fishguard Unit 142 of the Sea Cadet Corps will use the grant to purchase a new dinghy to help increase participation of young people in sailing. This grant for 2,235 will fund a new RS Quest sailing dinghy. Cylch Llenyddol Bro Ddyfi Powys Cylch Llenyddol Bro Ddyfi, based in Powys, will take their members on a series of trips to places of interest in Wales in order to facilitate community cohesion. The grant, of 905, will fund entrance fees, transport costs, refreshments and guide costs.

16 Coetiroedd Dyfi Woodlands Powys Coetiroedd Dyfi Woodlands in Machynlleth will use the grant to facilitate a series of woodland management and Nature Share days, to increase knowledge about the Coed Ty Gwyn woodlands, and allow the local community to become involved in their maintenance and discussions about their future. This grant for 4,314 will fund sessional worker costs, market stall hire, consumables, materials, tools and equipment, marketing and printing, and transport costs. Royal Mencap Society Powys Royal Mencap Society will use the grant to run an allotment with people who have learning disabilities in Powys and pupils at the local school. This grant for 2,540 will partfund accommodation, refreshments, and travel. Wild Women Enterprise Co. Ltd Powys Wild Women Enterprise Co. Ltd in Powys will use the grant to promote entrepreneurship to schools and colleges, younger people, and people who are unemployed, in the local rural community. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional worker fees, workshop materials, venue hire, refreshments, volunteer expenses, publicity materials, and signage.

17 Brecknock Play Network Powys Brecknock Play Network, based in Powys, will run a community play pod for the local community. This grant for 4,725 is for two Play Workers, additional sessional staff costs and equipment. Ystradgynlais Volunteer Centre Powys Ystradgynlais Volunteer Centre will use the grant to purchase a kindling machine which will allow volunteers to produce firewood from recycled offcuts and wooden pallets. This grant for 3,112 will fund training, sessional worker costs, flyers, translation costs, volunteer expenses, nets for bagging, a kindling machine, and delivery costs. Llanfair Caereinion Community Events Committee Powys Llanfair Caereinion Community Events Committee will use the grant to hold crafts workshops for local children to make lanterns for a parade. This grant for 600 will fund materials and venue hire. Voice of the Valleys Rhondda Cynon Taf Voice of the Valleys in Cwmbran will use the grant to pilot an intergenerational workshop for local children, in which they will learn about the rich lives of older people in the area who are at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,950 will fund sessional workers, travel, equipment, evaluation and admin costs, workshop materials, and venue hire.

18 Valleys Kids Rhondda Cynon Taf Valleys Kids will purchase and install a new floor in their venue, The Factory, based in Porth. This grant for 5,000 is for an oak parquet floor. Hirwaun YMCA Rhondda Cynon Taf Hirwaun YMCA will use the grant to work with young people who have been affected by bullying to produce an educational DVD, highlighting the effects that aggressive behaviour has on the bully and the victim. This grant for 4,950 will fund sessional worker costs, script writer & support, workshop costs, DVD production, subsistence, and event costs. Pontypridd and Rhondda NHS Retirement Fellowship Rhondda Cynon Taf Pontypridd and Rhondda NHS Retirement Fellowship will use the grant to update the group s presentation equipment to enable members to fully participate in meetings. This grant for 1,500 will fund a laptop and projector. University of South Wales Students' Union Rhondda Cynon Taf University of South Wales Students' Union will use the grant to deliver suicide prevention training programmes across the five campuses of University of South Wales. This grant for 4,800 will fund one full day and four half day courses.

People And Work Unit Rhondda Cynon Taf People And Work Unit in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to give sports accreditation to 45 younger people in the area, including the production of Armchair Exercise DVDs which will be for sale to local community groups. This grant for 3,930 will fund Sport Leaders UK Accreditation, venue hire, DVD film and production, 200 DVDs, First Aid training and kits, sports equipment, and promotional materials. Manage Money Wales C.I.C Rhondda Cynon Taf Manage Money Wales C.I.C in Pontypridd will use the grant to deliver workshops to the local community that will focus on income maximisation, budgeting, and online finance. This grant for 4,973 will fund sessional worker fees, publicity materials, workshop resources, transport, and venue hire. Treorchy Women's Institute Rhondda Cynon Taf Treorchy Women s Institute will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest to reduce social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund coach hire, entrance fees and meals.

Sandfields Community Association Swansea Sandfields Community Association in Swansea will use the grant to organise a summer residential, day trips and local events for residents of the Sandfields area to help to encourage community cohesion. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport costs, marquees, story teller costs, and gladiator and trampoline hire. Morriston Short Mat Bowls Club Swansea Morriston Short Mat Bowls Club in Swansea will use the grant to take their members on a trip away to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,880 will fund a five day trip away. Loughor Old Age Pensioners Association Swansea Loughor Old Age Pensioners Association in Swansea will use the grant to take 48 members on a short break to prevent social exclusion. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel and accommodation.

Swansea Festival of Stitch Swansea Swansea Festival of Stitch will run a new textile festival composed of exhibitions, street art, workshops, demonstrations and a market. This grant for 4,540 is for tutor fees, marketing and publicity materials. Triathlon Trust Swansea British Triathlon Foundation Trust will use the grant to run three events in Swansea where school children will work together to cover the distance between Earth and the International Space Station through exercise. This grant for 4,990 will fund transport for equipment, sessional work, accommodation and meals for sessional workers and administration costs. Swansea Hard of Hearing Group Swansea Swansea Hard of Hearing Group will use the grant to run lip reading sessions, take their members on a series of trips and provide a winter celebration for their members to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,809 will fund lip reading sessions, transport, entrance fees and meals for trips, a winter celebration, and leaflets and posters.

This grant for 4,800 will fund one full day 'Preventing Suicides in your University course and four half-day Mind your Mate for Students sessions. Cowbridge Food Festival Limited The Vale of Glamorgan Cowbridge Food Festival Limited in the Vale of Glamorgan will use the grant to run healthy food demonstrations to tell people about the benefits of eating healthily by showing them reasonably priced simple food that they can cook at home. This grant for 4,790 will fund a project manager, electricity costs, tents, security, speaker s fees, food for demonstrations, equipment hire, banners, and small consumables. Pontypool Branch The Royal Welsh Regimental Association Torfaen Pontypool Branch The Royal Welsh Regimental Association in Torfaen will use the grant to take their members on a trip to commemorate 100 years since the battle of the Somme. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport and accommodation. Pontypool Dance Club Torfaen Pontypool Dance Club, based in Torfaen, will go on a series of dance trips to Weston, Porthcawl, Ross on Wye and Llandudno. This grant for 2,500 is for the costs associated with transport and accommodation.
