GoConnect Ltd Caerphilly GoConnect Ltd in Caerphilly will use the grant to deliver an innovative six week accredited programme, offering young people aged an opportunity to experience a range of workshops and activities that will enhance their employability. This grant for 5,000 will fund room hire, tutor/mentor costs, workshop and class materials, accreditation costs and activity teambuilding days.

2 Risca Friends of the Heart Caerphilly Risca Friends of the Heart will use the grant to purchase equipment and in turn increase participation in their cardiac rehabilitation sessions. This grant for 3,200 will fund two upright exercise bikes, two recumbent exercise bikes, and a rowing machine. Cefn Fforest Primary School Caerphilly Cefn Fforest Primary School in Caerphilly will use the grant to provide a digital hub within their community resource room for use by the local community. This grant for 5,000 will fund six laptops, six tablet computers, IT tuition fees, internet protection costs, speakers and headphones, and a flatscreen television. Divorce Recovery Workshop, Caerphilly Caerphilly Divorce Recovery Workshop, Caerphilly will use the grant to pilot workshops in the local community to help people who have gone through separation, divorce, or the breakdown of a significant relationship. This grant for 1,466 will fund venue hire, a printer, a laptop, roll banners, display board, and various stationery. Green City Events CIC Cardiff Green City Events CIC in Cardiff will use the grant to pilot a programme of 14 workshops for up to 200 members of the local community to encourage the implementation of sustainable living practices. This grant for 4,140 will fund venue hire, sessional workers, translation costs, publicity materials, workshop materials, volunteer expenses, and refreshments. South Glamorgan Raynet Cardiff South Glamorgan Raynet will use the grant to purchase new amateur radio equipment to improve connections to local communities. This grant for 4,761 will fund nodes, an outstation, cables, connectors, tools, and a PAT tester.

3 Wales Tamil Sangam Cardiff Wales Tamil Sangam in Cardiff will use the grant to improve their current activities and provide 30 members with a short break to London to promote social cohesion and wellbeing. This grant for 5,000 will fund a dance instructor, entrance fees, accommodation, stationery, and refreshments. Tycroes Friendship Club Tycroes Friendship Club in will use the grant to provide trips for 26 members of their newly established group, many of whom are at risk of social isolation. This grant for 3,904 will fund mini bus hire, subsidised entrance fees, publicity and translation costs, mileage, and refreshments. Cylch Meithrin Drefach Felindre Cylch Meithrin Drefach Felindre, in, will refresh and expand the range of play and educational equipment available to the children who attend in order to increase their skills. The grant of 5,000, will fund IT equipment, maths and language resources, role play equipment, outdoor play equipment, craft materials. Clwb Ar Ol Ysgol Llangadog Clwb Ar Ol Ysgol Llangadog, in, will establish an after-school club offering the pupils an opportunity to socialise, enrich their use of the Welsh language and develop a range of skills. The grant, of 5,000, will fund sessional worker fees, insurance, laptop, kitchen equipment, games, storage cupboard, filing cabinet, first aid box, cash box and receipt book, and a projector and DVDs. Laugharne Playgroup Laugharne Playgroup in will use the grant to setup a pre-school playgroup for children in the local community. This grant for 4,900 will fund sessional worker fees and equipment.

4 Pantyffynnon Plodders Pantyffynnon Plodders in Ammanford will use the grant to take members, the majority of whom are older people, on trips to promote good health and wellbeing. This grant for 2,395 will fund transport to Hereford, Cardiff Bay, Gloucester, and various other areas of interest. Bro Myrddin Bowls Club Bro Myrddin Bowls Club in Carmarthen will use the grant to purchase audio visual equipment which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 4,979 will fund an interactive white board, smart television, and a flip chart. Create Me Happy Create Me Happy in Llanelli will use the grant to organise a celebration/learning event, and provide activities and events to help to tackle isolation within their rural community. This grant for 5,000 will fund volunteer training, event costs, stationery, postage, a printer, an ipad, four digital cameras, books, activity equipment, a sewing machine, printing costs, publicity, translation costs, craft materials, and travel expenses. Johnstown Senior Citizens Johnstown Senior Citizens, based in, will organise a series of six trips to places of interest to their members. This grant for 4,350 will fund transport and subsistence. Trimsaran Forum/Pentref Trimsaran Trimsaran Village Forum in will use the grant to upgrade Cafe Becca s kitchen facilities which will provide an improved environment for user groups. This grant for 4,995 will fund an extractor/ventilation canopy, a range cooker, gas interlock system, reworking of existing tabletop, and installation costs.

5 St John Ambulance - Council for Ceredigion Ceredigion St John Ambulance - Council for Ceredigion will use the grant to improve their capacity to instruct the local community in basic First Aid skills. This grant for 3,816 will fund two defibrillators, two AED plus trainers, two demonstration kits, two training pads, mats, and travel expenses. Dihewyd Village Hall Ceredigion Dihewyd Village Hall in Ceredigion will use the grant to improve the energy efficiency of the hall and storage which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 1,769 will fund two French doors, an entrance mat, three shelving units and two plywood boards. Clwb y Llan Conwy Clwb y Llan, in Conwy, will run computer literacy sessions for the community and also provide activities for young people in the area. The grant, of 4,400, will fund three laptops and office software, tutor costs, mural materials, activity costs, administration and marketing costs. Cyfieithu Cymunedol Conwy Cyf. Conwy Cyfieithu Cymunedol Conwy Cyf. will train two of their staff members to become translators in order to meet current demand for translation services in North Wales. The grant, of 4,963, is for training costs, mentoring costs, venue hire, translation software and course, network upgrade costs, website and publicity costs, and a computer. Gellifor C.P. School Denbighshire Gellifor C.P. School in Ruthin will use the grant to develop their outdoor play area which will provide improved facilities for pupils. This grant for 4,300 will fund educational signage, tables, and hands-on resources.

Primary School in Denbighshire will use the grant to create a playing space for the community to allow local children to develop motor skills and enjoy the outdoors. This grant for 5,000 will fund outside play equipment, safety flooring and installation. Ruthin Community Group Denbighshire Ruthin Community Group in Denbighshire will use the grant to establish a poppy trail as part of the intergenerational Centenary celebrations of the Battle of Mametz Wood. This grant for 3,250 will fund artists, workshop materials, transport, venue hire, promotional material, and a project co-ordinator. North Wales Superkids Denbighshire North Wales Superkids in Flint will use the grant to pilot six arts and craft workshops to address social isolation in the community and to promote the club. This grant for 2,670 will fund facilitator fees, venue hire and materials. NEWVOL Denbighshire NEWVOL in Denbighshire will use the grant to pilot a steering project for members of the Young Dragons Wales/Dreigiau Ifanc Cymru and affiliated cadets and brigade members. This grant for 4,900 will fund consultancy fees, travel and subsistence costs, and office costs. Wild Elements CIC Gwynedd Wild Elements CIC in Gwynedd will use the grant to run sessions with NEET clients focusing on horticulture to develop positive attitudes and learn design, construction and communication skills. This grant for 4,188 will fund a work bench, building materials, gardening equipment, gazebo with weight and branding materials.

The grant, of 4,950, will fund sessional worker costs, workshops, creative arts materials and transport costs. Merched y Wawr Cangen Rhydymain Gwynedd Merched y Wawr Cangen Rhydymain, in Gwynedd, will schedule a trip to Nant Gwrtheyrn to allow members of all ages and ability to learn about the history of the site, expand their knowledge and socialise with others. The grant, of 620, will fund transport costs, entrance fees and refreshments. Taibach Rugby Football Club Neath Port Talbot Taibach Rugby Football Club in Port Talbot will use the grant to hold a community focused inter-school tag rugby and education festival. This grant for 2,482 will fund referee fees, 85 rugby balls, 160 coloured bibs, 160 tag belts and strips, and marketing costs. CISWO Resolven Ladies Group Neath Port Talbot CISWO Resolven Ladies Group in Neath will use the grant to take their members on a short break holiday to the Isle of Wight, to help prevent social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund accommodation costs. 1st Neath Scout Group Neath Port Talbot 1st Neath Scout Group will use the grant to improve the environment of their hall which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund a new floor and heating system.

8 Sandfields Steppers Neath Port Talbot Sandfields Steppers in Port Talbot will use the grant to provide walking trips for up to 68 members to promote social inclusion. This grant for 4,275 will fund transport and entrance fees to Brecon Barge, Aberglasney House, National Botanical Gardens of Wales, and Dyffryn Gardens. Neath Abbey Womens Institute Neath Port Talbot Neath Abbey Womens Institute will use the grant to provide various activities and trips for up to 29 members at risk of social isolation. This grant for 3,488 will fund travel, theatre tickets and entrance fees. Cwmfelinfach Primary School Newport Cwmfelinfach Primary School in Newport will use the grant to replace their existing unsafe play trail with climbing equipment for use by school children and the wider community. This grant for 5,000 will fund a large log frame climber, climbing poles, log weaver, and net traverse. Ashfield Road Allotment Association Newport Ashfield Road Allotment Association in Newport will use the grant to replace their existing building with the aim to create an office space and learning area for local school children. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund the supply, delivery and fitting of a container office space. Preseli Men's Shed Pembrokeshire Preseli Men s Shed in Pembrokeshire will use the grant to set up the physical environment for their Men s Shed so that they can provide support for each other. This grant for 4,990 will fund portacabins, sanitation pumps, servicing of windows, carpeting, electrical work, insurance for activities and rent for site.

9 Menter Iaith Sir Benfro Cyf Pembrokeshire Menter Iaith Sir Benfro Cyf will run a residential weekend for adults, supported by further activities and events, to develop their confidence in using the Welsh language and make use of it in their daily lives. The grant, of 4,975, will part-fund sessional worker costs, promotion materials, venue hire, transport costs and volunteer expenses. Letterston Short Mat Bowls Club Pembrokeshire Letterston Bowls Club in Haverfordwest will use the grant to increase access to their club to encourage more members and reduce social isolation in the area. This grant for 3,800 will fund an electric mat roller. Sarn Recreation Association Powys Sarn Recreation Association in Powys will use the grant to improve the acoustics in their hall which will provide enhanced facilities for user groups. This grant for 3,890 will fund 40 acoustic panels. Llanharan Rugby Football Club Rhondda Cynon Taf Llanharan Rugby Football Club in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to upgrade their heating system which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund a heating system. Newtown Llantwit Scout and Guide Hall Rhondda Cynon Taf Newtown Llantwit Scout and Guide Hall will use the grant to ensure that their community building adheres to fire regulations and health and safety laws. This grant for 4,925 will fund replacement flooring, a replacement front door, loft insulation, a new oven and installation, and a fire door.

This grant for 5,000 will fund tree clearing and maintenance, fencing, and plot preparation. Coeden Fach Community Interest Company Swansea Coeden Fach Community Interest Company in Swansea will use the grant to deliver environmental sessions, working with young people and adults with a history of mental health problems or learning difficulties, to learn new skills and improve their well-being and self-esteem. This grant for 4,552 will fund sessional worker costs, training, volunteer expenses, refreshments, planting materials, and tools and equipment. Upper Killay Womens' Institute Swansea Upper Killay Womens' Institute in Swansea will use the grant to provide a short break to celebrate the WI centenary for 30 members. This grant for 5,000 will fund coach hire, full-board accommodation, and day trips to Blenheim Palace and Henley-on-Thames. Waun Wen and Brynmelyn Community Centre Swansea Waun Wen & Brynmelyn Community Centre in Swansea will use the grant to take their members on a trip to Llanelly House. This grant for 748 will fund guided tour fees, transport and a fridge. Coed Tir Line Dancing Club Torfaen Coed Tir in Cwmbran will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 2,520 will fund transport costs.

This grant for 2,480 will fund travel to various places of interest. Randomz Ltd Torfaen Randomz Ltd in Cwmbran will use the grant to develop a multimedia suite, with the aim of educating and up-skilling local young people through a series of photography workshops. This grant for 4,100 will fund six DSL cameras, six desktop computers, a lighting kit and backdrop, photo paper and resources, and volunteer expenses. Mel Torfaen Honey Cyfyngedig Torfaen Mel Torfaen Honey Cyfyngedig in Cwmbran will use the grant to cover setup costs, to develop a social enterprise project, with the aim of educating the public about the plight of the honey bee, and producing honey to sell. This grant for 4,982 will fund beekeeping equipment, metal roof covers, timber, nails, screws, and PVA glue. Cwmbran Centre Self Help Services Torfaen Cwmbran Centre Self Help Services will use the grant to develop a series of activities for up to 53 members with mental health issues. This grant for 4,820 will fund travel to several places of interest, an end of year lunch, and a weekend break. Garden Village Pre-school Playgroup Wrexham Garden Village Pre-School Playgroup in Wrexham will use the grant to employ a Project Development Officer who will be responsible for developing the community building and creating a Young Person s Centre. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional worker costs.
