This grant for 4,760 will fund outdoor games, course costs, five ipads and covers, indoor games and jigsaws, cooking equipment and aprons, ingredients, bikes and scooters. Creative Crafters 4,247 Swansea Creative Crafters in Glais will use the grant to fund trips to exhibitions so that members can learn new skills and techniques. This grant for 4,247 will fund travel to Bath and Malvern, and travel and accommodation for Oxford and Exeter. Hafod Community Centre 4,916 Swansea Hafod Community Centre in Swansea will use the grant to purchase equipment and refurbish the building which will provide improved facilities for user groups. They will also organise a community event to promote the centre once the work is complete. This grant for 4,916 will fund a water boiler and installation, decoration costs, a vacuum, a floor buffer, carpet and fitting costs, a baby changing unit and fitting costs and a community event.

Cerebra - For Brain Injured Children and Young People 4,270 Swansea Cerebra, a charity for brain injured children and young people based in Carmarthen, will train their staff in hi-tech production methods so they can produce products to help individuals with a range of neurological issues and disabilities. This grant for 4,270 will fund training courses, accommodation and travel. Cymdeithas Gymraeg Treforys a'r Cylch 4,153 Swansea Cymdeithas Gymraeg Treforys a'r Cylch, in Swansea, will take their members to the Isle of Skye to learn about the Gaelic language and to experience the life and culture of the area. The grant, of 4,153, will fund transport costs, entrance fees and presentation materials. Swansea Retired Social and Bowls Group 4,500 Swansea Swansea Retired Social and Bowls Group will go on a bowls tour to Llandudno. This grant for 4,500 will fund accomodation.

Cartrefi Cymru Cyf 3,446 The Vale of Glamorgan Cartrefi Cymru Cyf in Cardiff will use the grant to develop a sensory room to provide further support for adults with learning difficulties who are encouraged to live in their own homes. This grant for 3,446 will fund floor mats, bubble lamp, a sensory projector and music system, mirror ball and light, fibre optic sensory carpet, sensory equipment box, star net, door hanging play chart, abstract tactile panel, wall cushions, and deep mats. The Rainbow Women's Group 4,000 The Vale of Glamorgan The Rainbow Women's Group, based in Barry, will run health sessions for women from diverse backgrounds. They will also organise a series of educational trips. This grant for 4,000 will fund venue hire, sessional costs, a yoga instructor, swimming tickets and educational trips.

25 Woodlands Field Limited 4,614 Torfaen Woodlands Fields Limited, based in Torfaen, will purchase new equipment to allow the Neighbourhood Learning Centre to carry out healthy living activities, skills training, intergenerational activities and a new communication strategy. This grant for 4,614 will fund a notice board, a bain marie, crockery, hand dryers, music system and a 60 inch television. Cwmbran Historical Society 4,800 Torfaen Cwmbran Historic Society will use the grant to take members, many of who are socially isolated, on a series of educational trips. This grant for 4,800 will fund travel and entrance fees for Blenheim Palace, Windsor Castle, East Midlands Living Museum, Portsmouth and Bristol. Torfaen P.H.A.B. 3,200 Torfaen Torfaen P.H.A.B. will use the grant to fund a four day trip to Minehead for up to 20 members with disabilities. This grant for 3,200 will fund transport, accommodation and carers. Penybryn Residents Club 4,053 Torfaen Penybryn Residents Club in Pontypool will use the grant to fund the development of a communal garden for their retirement complex. This grant for 4,053 will fund a greenhouse, garden shed, a water butt, stand and hose, five raised beds, benches, a composter, fruit trees and seeds, a sack truck, fencing and posts, planters, pots and baskets.
