This grant for 4,833 will fund soft rubber matting. Highfield Court Association Caerphilly Highfield Court Association in Caerphilly will use the grant to take their members and their local community on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,230 will fund transport costs. Community Cricket Cup Community Cricket Cup will use the grant to bring together lots of different people within their area to play cricket together, promoting community cohesion. This grant for 3,520 will fund hire of the pitch, and sessional worker costs.

2 National Learning and Work Institute National Learning and Work Institute in will use the grant to co-ordinate a series of pop-up learning festivals across Wales to support Adult Learners' Week. This grant for 5,000 will fund promotion, four pop-up festivals, travel and subsistence, printing costs, flyers, evaluation and report costs, filming costs, and translation. NewLink Wales NewLink Wales will use the grant to put on a pantomime in working with people who are in recovery to improve confidence and wellbeing. This grant for 914 will fund theatre hire, costumes, props, and printing. Project 2020 Community Interest Company Project 2020 Community Interest Company in will use the grant to purchase virtual immersive 3-Dimensional equipment to encourage more people to cycle. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund eight indoor smart trainers, eight dongles, eight alienware computers, screens and tripods, four bikes, banners, t-shirts, and branded water bottles. The British Youth Council The British Youth Council will use the grant to hold a youth leadership residential and a campaign training event in for 100 young people aged to build skills and empower young people to act as catalysts for change in their local areas. This grant for 5,000 will fund venue hire, sessional trainers, travel, promotional materials, translation costs and resources for young people. CETMA Ltd CETMA ltd in will use the grant to set up and run three community groups which will focus on IT skills, craft skills and growing your own food to help increase the knowledge and confidence of their community. This grant for 4,400 will fund volunteer expenses, training machines, room hire, marketing materials, training, chairs, projector, work tables, and equipment costs.

The grant, of 5,000, will fund transport costs, entrance fees, sessional worker costs, a laptop, tablet computer, camera, and high-vis jackets. Growing Together Group Growing Together Group in Ammanford will use the grant to take members on a series of trips to help prevent social isolation. This grant for 4,994 will fund transport and entry fees. Hoofprints Hoofprints in Llandysul will use the grant to provide equine assisted activities to those living with a mental health or physical condition to help improve their quality of life. This grant for 5,000 will fund land and facilities rent, training costs, a sand area, and equipment. Llanelli Tenants Network Llanelli Tenants Network in will use the grant to run a series of trips to increase social integration and reduce isolation. The group will also improve their equipment so they can promote the network more widely. This grant for 3,014 will fund travel costs, camera, tablet computer, laptop and roller banners. Clwb Ar Ol Ysgol Cenarth Ceredigion Clwb Ar Ol Ysgol Cenarth, in Ceredigion, will establish after school club provision for two evenings a week, which will help parents who are returning to work or training. The grant, of 4,994, will fund sessional worker fees, insurance costs, equipment, and resources.

This grant for 1,480 will fund coach hire, refreshments, and a defibrillator. Cylch Meithrin Aberclwyd Denbighshire Cylch Meithrin Aberclwyd in Rhyl will use the grant to provide improved facilities for the children attending the Cylch. This grant for 5,000 will fund staff costs, rental contribution, refreshments, toys and equipment, consumables, uniform, printing, stationery, expenses, and training costs. Trem Y Foel Tenants Association Denbighshire Trem Y Foel Tenants Association in Denbighshire will use the grant to provide improved facilities for the community through the Trem Y Foel Community Centre. This grant for 4,650 will fund chairs, exercise classes, and children s tables and chairs. New Brighton Bowling Club Flintshire New Brighton Bowling Club in Mold will use the grant to provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund wiring, materials, and labour costs. Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Trust Ltd Merthyr Tydfil Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Trust Ltd will use the grant to provide new activities and sub-groups for older members of the local community to learn new skills and have the opportunity to socialise. This grant for 4,472 will fund sessional worker fees and equipment.

This grant for 4,981 will fund venue hire, refreshments, sessional workers, travel, accommodation, leaflets and administration costs. Clyne Community Group Neath Port Talbot Clyne Community Group in Neath Port Talbot will use the grant to take their community on a day trip together over the summer to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,314 will fund transport costs, entrance fees, and trip insurance. Port Talbot Unit 537 of the Sea Cadet Corps Neath Port Talbot Port Talbot Unit 537 of the Sea Cadets Corps will use the grant to be able to offer new qualifications in sliding seat rowing to their members and to promote their activities. This grant for 4,950 will fund sliding seat, two feather flags, gazebo, table cloth and banner. Port Talbot Women's Institute Neath Port Talbot Port Talbot Women s Institute will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,344 will fund transport and entrance fees too six places of interest. The Kings Church Newport South Wales Newport The Kings Church Newport South Wales will use the grant to organise family day trips, a Summer music school for children, and a residential camp for young people. This grant for 4,979 will fund transport, entry fees, large games and inflatables, drum kit and accessories, training costs, and residential camp costs.

This grant for 5,000 will fund translation costs, printing, refreshments, volunteer training, DBS checks, programme materials, and venue hire. Severn Wye Energy Agency Ltd Powys Severn Wye Energy Agency Ltd in Powys will use the grant to run an event to inform younger people about the opportunities in the local low carbon sector. They will also give the participants the skills to engage with this sector. This grant for 5,000 will fund four Your Future workshops. Cwmparc Old Age Pensioners Association Rhondda Cynon Taf Cwmpark Old Age Pensioners Association in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,975 will fund travel costs. Maes-y-Deg Tenants and Friends Group Rhondda Cynon Taf Maes-y-Deg Tenants and Friends Group in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips and provide in house activities to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,995 will fund an indoor curling set, transport costs, pantomime tickets, artist fees, and meals. Blaenymaes Community Centre Blaenymaes Community Centre in will use the grant to provide improved facilities for user groups, in order to meet health and safety requirements. This grant for 2,215 will fund a floor cleaner and a vacuum.

7 CUSP CUSP will use the grant to improve the accessibility of children from disadvantaged areas to free skating sessions, including equipment hire. This grant for 5,000 will fund skate park passes and transport costs. Old Mill Health Old Mill Health in will use the grant to setup their health and wellbeing support sessions, primarily focusing on information regarding supplements and whole foods, for the local community. This grant for 4,989 will fund sessional worker fees, venue hire, refreshments, and stationery. Ospreys in the Community Ospreys in the Community in will use the grant to run a leadership programme for disadvantaged younger people. This grant for 5,000 will fund leadership awards, tutor training, and equipment. Hard of Hearing Group Hard of Hearing Group will use the grant to provide lip reading classes, trips to Llancaiach Fawr, Royal Mint, Denver House and Grounds and end of year meal to reduce isolation. This grant for 4,914 will fund tutor costs, transport, venue entry and meal costs. Rising STAR Orphans The Vale of Glamorgan Rising STAR Orphans in the Vale of Glamorgan will use the grant to promote the Caribbean lifestyle experience to local members of the community. This grant for 5,000 will fund entertainment, sessional workers, DJ, refreshments, bouncy castle hire, V-Pod bus, Caribbean story tellers, live music singers, magician, and marketing.

8 Afon Taf Gardening Club Wrexham Afon Taf Gardening Club in will use the grant to take their members on a two-day trip to visit the National Trust historical buildings and gardens at Stokesay Castle, Erddig and Chirk Castle to reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,900 will fund transport, accommodation and entrance fees for up to 35 people. Wrexham Retired Members Association Wrexham Wrexham Retired Members Association will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 1,980 will fund transport and meal costs.
