Bedwas Theatre Group Caerphilly Bedwas Theatre Group in Caerphilly will use the grant to purchase new equipment to improve their community group, some of whom have disabilities. This grant for 5,000 will fund new lighting and sound equipment. Bryn Bach Park Model Boat Club and Society Caerphilly Bryn Bach Park Model Boat Club and Society, in Blaenau Gwent, will remove their current, dilapidated storage unit and replace it with a new one to store the club's equipment and machinery. The grant, of 4,615, will fund removal costs and the purchase and installation of a new storage unit.

2 Disability Can Do Caerphilly Disability Can Do in Caerphilly will use the grant to produce short films to promote their service. They will also run a series of roadshows, hand out surveys to identify gaps in service provision, and create two disability interest groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund an evaluation consultant, printing, postage, staff and volunteer expenses, media training, and equipment. Heartwise Argoed Caerphilly Heartwise Argoed in Caerphilly will use the grant to provide members, the majority of which have mobility and health problems, with activities to build their confidence and encourage social cohesion. This grant for 3,065 will fund transport and entrance fees. Parish of Gelligaer Social Committee Group Caerphilly Parish of Gelligaer Social Committee Group in Caerphilly will use the grant to establish a dance class to promote physical activity and emotional wellbeing for older people in the community. This grant for 1,730 will fund a sessional dance teacher, a sound system, and heating and electricity. Rhymney Rugby Football Club Caerphilly Rhymney Rugby Football Club will use the grant to replace the club s deteriorating kitchen to provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund kitchen installation costs. Shift Makers CIC Caerphilly Shift Makers CIC in Caerphilly will use the grant to run a confidence-building programme to encourage 20 vulnerable women, who have faced challenging life experiences, to combine personal development with art-making. This grant for 5,000 will fund venue hire, facilitator sessional fees, supervision and management costs, materials, and translation costs.

This grant for 4,898 will fund health lectures, cardio fitness training club, leadership and coaching courses, equipment, and sessional worker fees. Forest Farm Leisure Allotments Society Forest Farm Leisure Allotments Society in will use the grant to increase the sustainability of their facilities, ensuring it remains environmentally friendly and secure. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund borehole drilling, header tank and pump, solar panels and battery, pipes, cables, switches, and a shipping container. Herbert Thompson Primary Herbert Thompson Primary in will use the grant to install an activity trail for pupils and community groups to use out of school hours. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund an activity trail and artificial grass.

This grant for 5,000 will fund food, accommodation, travel, and venue hire. Pride Sports Pride Sports will use the grant to encourage more football clubs to take part in workshops promoting the Football v Homophobia campaign across the South of Wales. This grant for 5,000 will fund venue hire, refreshments, sessional worker costs, expenses, translation costs, graphic design fees, and resources for course participants. The Neurofibromatosis Association The Neurofibromatosis Association will use the grant to run a family information day for anyone who is affected by Neurofibromatosis in Wales. This grant for 4,535 will fund venue hire, refreshments, AV system, travel and accommodation for speakers and staff, stationery and translation costs. 1st Llanelli Scout Group 1st Llanelli Scout Group will use the grant to replace the floor of their building to increase the number of activities they can hold and increase accessibility to people with disabilities. This grant for 5,000 will fund mesh reinforcement, insulation, damp proof membrane, and ready mix-concrete.

The grant, of 5,000, will part-fund transport and accommodation costs, and entrance fees. Chooselife Cymru Chooselife Cymru in Llanelli will use the grant to produce new and updated marketing materials with the aim to recruit more volunteers and increase the impact of their drug and alcohol intervention service. This grant for 4,686 will fund leaflets and flyers, brochures holder, ipad Pro, podium display, graphic stand, promotional booklets, transport case, and travel costs. Clwb Rhun Clwb Rhun in Ammanford will use the grant to expand and improve the facilities and activities available to the children that attend. This grant for 4,000 will fund additional sessional worker hours, portable DVD players and DVDs, headphones, arts and crafts, mobile phone, and cooking supplies. Llandeilo and District Old Age Pensioners Association Llandeilo and District Old Age Pensioners Association in will use the grant to provide a programme of day trips for over 100 members at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,995 will fund transport, entrance fees, and meals.

This grant for 4,165 will fund transport, entrance fees, guest speakers, and a projector. Pantyffynnon Partnership Group Pantyffynnon Partnership Group in Ammanford will use the grant to improve the activities and facilities available for approximately ten younger people and their parents and carers in the local area. This grant for 4,408 will fund sessional worker fees, venue hire, six tablet computers and cases, marketing materials, stationery, craft materials, and refreshments. Porthyrhyd & Llanddarog Pensioners Voice Porthyrhyd and Llanddarog Pensioners Voice in Carmarthen will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 3,852 will fund transport and entrance fees for day trips, and transport for a trip away. Y Cardi Bach Y Cardi Bach, in, will update their IT equipment and design software, enabling them to improve the quality of their monthly newsletter and also offer computer design courses to the community. The grant, of 4,877, will fund a printer and ink, two laptops with office software, paper, graphic design software, training costs, and website design and upkeep costs. HUTS Ceredigion HUTS, in Newcastle Emlyn, will use the grant to give their members, who are people with mental health issues, the opportunity to go on trips to places of interest and provide them with introductions to outdoor activities to improve their wellbeing. This grant for 4,840 will fund six activity taster sessions, food, transport, and entrance fees for up to 84 members.

7 Llanbadarn Fawr Senior Citizens Club Ceredigion Llanbadarn Fawr Senior Citizens Club in Aberystwyth will use the grant to provide activities to prevent social isolation amongst their 20 members. This grant for 2,482 will fund transport, entrance fees, refreshments, an end of year meal, afternoon tea, and resources. RAY Ceredigion Ceredigion RAY Ceredigion will use the grant to improve the facilities available for children attending their sessions and local people at their community fun days. This grant for 5,000 will partfund healthy snack play sessions, food, pedal-powered smoothie bike, and promotional materials. Ysgol Penllwyn After School Club Ceredigion Ysgol Penllwyn After School Club in Aberystwyth will use the grant to improve the provisions available for members during the Winter. This grant for 3,845 will fund floodlights, waterproof clothing, wellington boots, folding tables, outdoor and indoor toys, a shed, electrical activity kits, a projector and screen, and training costs. Arthritis Care Conwy Arthritis Care will use the grant to run workshops designed to increase the confidence of younger people living with juvenile arthritis, giving them the tools they need to confidently manage their condition. This grant for 3,441 will fund venue hire, refreshments, volunteer and staff expenses, publicity materials, administration and evaluation costs, activity costs, and IT equipment. Clwb Cemig Conwy Clwb Cemig, in Conwy, will organise a series of educational talks on topics of health and fitness as well as a trip to take part in health promotion activities. The grant, of 850, will fund guest speaker fees, transport costs, venue hire, and administration and event costs.

8 Clwyd County Guides Conwy Ty Clwyd in Wrexham will use the grant to bring their County Residential Centre up to current health and safety standards for members of Girlguiding and Scouts as well as other local community groups. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund replacement UPVC windows. Diverse Arts Enterprises Ltd Conwy Diverse Arts Enterprises Ltd in Conwy will use the grant to run skills sessions with NEET younger people in their area. This grant for 4,800 will fund workshop facilitator fees and venue hire. MAC Bro Celynnin Conwy MAC Bro Celynnin in Conwy will use the grant to improve the facilities available to their members and congregation. This grant for 4,000 will fund a sound system. 4 The Community CIC Denbighshire 4 The Community CIC, in Rhyl, will provide a drop-in service and group sessions for parents who are disadvantaged and socially excluded to be better informed and more knowledgeable of the range of services available to them. The grant, of 5,000, will fund sessional worker fees, volunteer expenses, and stationery. Arcville Playgroup and Toddlers Denbighshire Arcville Playgroup and Toddlers in Rhyl will use the grant to improve the services and facilities they can offer to members aged five months to three years. This grant for 1,469 will fund puzzles, room dividers, health eating and market toys, outdoor cushions, and assorted workbench toys.

9 The Rhuddlan Environment Connection Group Denbighshire/Sir Ddinbych The Rhuddlan Environment Connection Group in Denbighshire will use the grant to hold a family fun day for their community and take 140 adults and children from their community on a trip out to increase socialisation. This grant for 4,530 will fund a community event and trip. Castell Alun High School Flintshire Castell Alun High School in Flintshire will use the grant to run sports sessions, before school, during lunch time and after school to improve the health and wellbeing of their students. This grant for 5,000 will fund heart rate monitors, 15 tablet computers with cases, three TVs, licence and two projectors. River and Sea Sense Ltd Flintshire River and Sea Sense Ltd in Flintshire will use the grant to provide CPR training to children and younger people to help increase water safety. This grant for 4,955 will fund safety equipment, sessional worker costs, printing costs, website updates and travel expenses. Age Well Blaenau Ffestiniog Gwynedd Age Well Blaenau Ffestiniog, in Gwynedd, will organise a series of events and activities for their members to expand the range of activities available. The grant, of 4,000, will fund a laptop and visual aid software, tutor costs, indoor games equipment, transport costs, two tablet computers and cases, an e-reader and venue hire. Fairbourne Community First Responders Gwynedd Fairbourne Community First Responders in Gwynedd will use the grant to continue providing a voluntary emergency service by replacing their worn equipment and purchasing two defibrillators for installation within the community. This grant for 4,650 will fund four defibrillators and two security cases.

10 Ysgol Gynradd Rhiwlas Gwynedd Ysgol Gynradd Rhiwlas, in Gwynedd, will establish a radio station within the school, which will broadcast regular programmes to celebrate local culture and promote community cohesion. The grant, of 2,450, will fund a radio box, a computer, and training and publicity costs. The Sir John Herbert Memorial Hall Monmouthshire The Sir John Herbert Memorial Hall in Abergavenny will use the grant to improve their facilities to encourage a wider range of community groups to utilise the space. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund a cooker, guttering, and new staging. Ynysfach Women's Institute Neath Port Talbot Ynysfach Women s Institute in Neath Port Talbot will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips and run a crafts introduction to reduce social isolation and help develop their craft skills. This grant for 3,798 will fund transport costs, entrance fees and crafts day Cymuned Hub Newport Cymuned Hub in Newport will use the grant to run sports workshops to engage with refugee and Roma communities to improve their health and wellbeing as well as promoting community cohesion. This grant for 5,000 will fund administration costs, computer, printer, stationery, travel, workshops, day trip, sport equipment, sessional workers and a fun day. Rainy Day Trust Newport Rainy Day Trust will use the grant to provide up to 15 younger people with advice from leading home-improvement industry experts and financial support. This is to ensure that apprentices can afford the transport costs, equipment and materials necessary to gain qualifications. This grant for 4,600 will part-fund marketing materials, subsistence and travel costs, training sessions, and online information resources.

This grant for 3,620 will fund sessional worker costs, craft materials and equipment, transport, volunteer DBS checks, publicity and volunteer expenses. Pembroke Dock CP School Pembrokeshire Pembroke Dock CP School will use the grant to run enterprise sessions with pupils and their families to give them the skills to become entrepreneurs. This grant for 4,959 will fund enterprise courses, course materials, marketing and sessional staff. Cwmtwrch RFC Powys Cwmtwrch RFC in Powys will use the grant to upgrade their toilet facilities which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund toilets, double glazed windows, wall cladding and disabled toilet with grab rails. Disability Powys/Anabledd Powys Powys Disability Powys Anabledd Powys will use the grant to set up new local support groups and provide support to existing groups. This grant for 2,590 will fund sessional staff, travel, phone and venue hire. Llansilin Over 60's Club Powys Llansilin Over 60 s Club in Powys will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips and meals to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,150 will fund travel costs and meals.

12 Rhiwhiriaeth Community Centre Powys Rhiwhiriaeth Community Centre in Welshpool will use the grant to host a community event to celebrate their 50th anniversary and promote social cohesion in the rural community. This grant for 4,600 will part-fund marquee hire, table and chair hire, PA system hire, toilet and generator hire, exhibition and printing costs, artist fees, and insurance. Welshpool Town Council Powys Welshpool Town Council in Powys will use the grant to improve the outside space around the Westwood Day Centre to provide an improved environment for the people who attend the centre. This grant for 1,650 will fund paths and ramps, flower beds, grassed areas and seating. Full Circle Education C.I.C. Rhondda Cynon Taf Full Circle Education C.I.C. in will use the grant to engage 25 children across five primary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf, developing IT skills, addressing well-being issues, and produce a bilingual magazine. This grant for 4,975 will fund sessional worker fees, mileage, transport, translation and printing costs. Garth Wen Sheltered Homes Residents Association Rhondda Cynon Taf Garth Wen Sheltered Homes Association in Tonypandy will use the grant to provide improved activities to encourage social cohesion for the 31 residents. This grant for 4,930 will fund transport, theatre tickets, in-house entertainment, buffets, and garden equipment. Llantrisant and District Local History Society Rhondda Cynon Taf Llantrisant and District Local History Society in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to take their members on trips to three places of interest to reduce social isolation. This grant for 1,910 will fund transport and entrance fees.

This grant for 3,619 will fund relocation of equipment, servicing, adaption of the blinds, and new massage beds. Cantorion Pontarddulais Swansea Cantorion Pontarddulais in Swansea will use the grant to take their members on a mid-week trip away to reduce social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel and accommodation. Glais Art Group Swansea Glais Art Group in Swansea will use the grant to improve the activities available for current members, the majority of whom are at risk of social isolation, with the intention to also recruit more members. This grant for 1,000 will fund venue hire and art tutor fees. Morriston Townswomens Guild Swansea Morriston Townswomens Guild will use the grant to provide a series of educational trips and activities for members. This grant for 2,543 will fund transport costs, admission fees, and theatre tickets. Tuesday Night Club Swansea Tuesday Night Club in Swansea will use the grant to take their members on two trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel and meals.

14 West Glamorgan Dolls House Club Swansea West Glamorgan Dolls House Club will use the grant to engage potential new members through a series of trips and improved materials on offer. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport, entrance fees, meals, materials and kits, workshops and rug making kits. Oak Court Garden and Social Club The Vale of Glamorgan/Bro Morgannwg Oak Court Garden and Social Club in the Vale of Glamorgan will use the grant to hold a celebration event for older people in their area to come together to share stories to reduce social isolation. This grant for 640 will fund food, decorations, and bingo equipment. Blaenavon and District Horticultural Society Torfaen Blaenavon and District Horticultural Society in Torfaen will use the grant to celebrate their 110th anniversary by taking their 42 members on a series of trips to promote social cohesion. This grant for 2,780 will fund transport to various places of horticultural interest. Blaenavon Seniors Club Torfaen Blaenavon Seniors Club in Torfaen will use the grant to increase the accessibility to their hall. This grant for 3,480 will fund the fitting of a new access ramp and related building works. Greenmeadow Allotment Association Torfaen Greenmeadow Allotment Association in Cwmbran will use the grant to improve their facilities with the aim to increase membership. This grant for 5,000 will fund composting toilets.

15 Envy Morris Dancing Troupe Wrexham Envy Morris Dancing Troupe in Wrexham will use the grant to start a new group for up to 34 younger people who would not otherwise be able to access these activities. This grant for 1,240 will fund venue hire, music system, CD s, twelve pairs of shakers, and insurance. Froncysyllte After School Kids Club Wrexham Froncysyllte After School Kids Club in Wrexham will use the grant to improve the activities and facilities available to the 45 children who currently attend their club. This grant for 4,900 will fund a series of workshops, resources, equipment, and storage. Wrexham Glyndwr Students' Union Limited Wrexham Wrexham Glyndwr Students' Union Limited will use the grant to deliver suicide prevention training programmes to approximately 150 staff and students.
