St. Andrew's Church, Caerphilly Caerphilly St. Andrew's Church, Caerphilly will use the grant to organise an event to entertain and educate the local community about animals and nature, and how they can protect and help the creatures sharing their environment. This grant for 1,000 will fund facilitator costs, workshop materials and photocopying costs. Out and Proud Cardiff Out and Proud in Cardiff will use the grant to promote and improve existing facilities to increase access to their services and reduce the risk of isolation for LGBTQ younger people. This grant for 4,920 will fund a stall at Pride Cymru with advertising, IT equipment, craft materials, speakers and workshops, travel expenses, venue hire, promotional materials, and a mobile telephone. Life Venture Solutions Ltd Cardiff Life Venture Solutions Ltd, in Cardiff, will use the grant to hold a fashion show inspired by Black and Asian culture. The grant, of 4,935, will fund a high-specification camcorder, memory cards, battery pack, carry case, microphone, wireless pack and audio cable.

2 Life Trust (Newport) Cardiff Life Trust (Newport) will use the grant to set up a community choir as well as providing musical facities for current groups including their coffee mornings and the Parent and Toddler group. This grant for 5,000 will fund keyboard, stand and sound module. Pendine and District Senior Citizens Association Carmarthenshire Pendine and District Senior Citizens Association, in Carmarthenshire, will take their members on a series of trips to places of interest in Wales to prevent feelings of social isolation. The grant, of 3,425, will fund transport costs and entrance fees. Llanfynydd Community Council Carmarthenshire Llanfynydd Community Council in New Cross will use the grant to work with the community to create a wall hanging which will depict the history of the local area. This grant for 1,561 will fund sessional workers, fabrics, venue hire, storage, publicity, project related materials and equipment, and stationery. Carway and District Welfare Association Carmarthenshire Carway and District Welfare Association in Kidwelly will use the grant to purchase new equipment to provide regular family fun days to the local community. This grant for 4,010 will fund the purchase of a bouncy castle, a CD player, garden games, Wii console and games, a barbeque, and five ipads. Knit and Chat Ceredigion Knit and Chat in Aberystwyth will use the grant for trips to Cardigan Castle and Ammanford. This grant for 1,025 will fund coach travel, refreshments and admission fees.

Tir Coed Ceredigion Tir Coed in Aberystwyth will use the grant to provide forest school sessions to engage at least 30 children in the local area. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional project co-ordinators, activity leaders, marketing and stationery. Llys Owen Residents Association Conwy Llys Owen Residents Association in Cardigan will use the grant to provide a short break for up to 30 older people at risk of social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel to Llandudno, accommodation, and meals. Crest Co-operative Ltd Conwy Crest Co-operative Ltd in Llandudno will use the grant to establish a Community Pop-up Shop to repair furniture, white goods and clothes for disadvantaged communities. This grant for 2,645 will fund sessional workers, publicity materials, and transport costs. Community Development Cymru - Datblygu Cymunedol Cymru Denbighshire Community Development Cymru - Datblygu Cymunedol Cymru in Newtown will use the grant to run a series of art workshops to engage up to ten homeless people in the area. This grant for 3,700 will fund a sessional worker to deliver workshops, a sessional worker to manage the project, and materials.

This grant for 3,000 will fund an orchard planting instructor, wildlife gardening instructor, storytellers chair, story teller, park walk leaflet, map of area, bee and bird homes, plants and translation costs. Neuro Therapy Centre Ltd Denbighshire Neuro Therapy Centre Ltd in Flintshire will use the grant to establish a new outreach support service for people with neurological conditions living between Bala and Wrexham. This grant for 5,000 will fund physiotherapy, fitness and counselling sessional workers, travel and admin fees, and employment support. King George's Field Denbighshire King George's Field in Denbighshire will use the grant to improve the play area for children in the local community. This grant for 5,000 will part fund the installation of play equipment. New Beginnings Flintshire New Beginnings in Holywell will use the grant to establish a free counselling service for Flintshire residents experiencing difficulties. This grant for 5,000 will fund room hire, marketing materials, a laptop, website design and setup, and chairs. Merched y Wawr Isbwyllgor Celf a Chrefft Ceredigion Gwynedd Merched y Wawr Rhanbarth Ceredigion, will take members from the county's branches on a trip to study Portmeirion to produce craftwork on the theme of the town. The grant, of 3,500, will fund transport costs, entrance fees, venue hire, sessional worker fees and evening meals.

The grant, of 4,250, will fund guest speaker fees and refreshments. Fforwm Anabledd Taran Cyf Isle of Anglesey Fforwm Anabledd Taran Cyf on Anglesey will use the grant to provide workshops for eight disadvantaged adults with the aim to improve their holistic wellbeing. This grant for 4,960 will fund support sessional workers, sessional workers for the educational, cookery, and fitness sessions, venue hire, volunteer expenses, stationery, project related materials, and specialist training. Friends of Ty Cwm Care Association Merthyr Tydfil Friends of Ty Cwm Care Association in Merthyr Tydfil will use the grant to take members on ten outings to places of interest throughout the year, in order to reduce social isolation. The Big Skill CIC Monmouthshire The Big Skill CIC will promote and display traditional and rural skills at the 2016 Eisteddfod near Abergavenny to engage communities in interactive activities that involve families, older and isolated people and inspire young people with lifelong activities and skills. The grant, of 4,950, will fund a marquee, marketing, insurance, stationery, volunteer expenses and sessional worker costs.

This grant for 5,000 will fund a storage container. The Glynneath Wednesday Club Neath Port Talbot The Glynneath Wednesday Club in Neath will use the grant to invite speakers to the club, hold a clubwide lunch and to go on a series of trips to reduce social isolation in their members. This grant for 2,800 will fund a series of trips, speakers and a lunch. Welsh Area Fire Engine Restoration Society (Museum Of Fire) Neath Port Talbot Welsh Area Fire Engine Restoration Society (Museum Of Fire) in Neath will use the grant to renew their equipment to promote fire safety. This grant for 5,000 will fund tables and chairs, gazebo, computers, and display items. St Julians Senior Citizens Association Newport St Julians Senior Citizens Association in Newport will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,380 will fund coach costs for five trips.

This grant for 4,350 will fund six soft play pods. Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust Limited Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust Limited will use the grant to create additional family nature events to increase access to their services. This grant for 4,980 will fund sessional workers, session materials, volunteer expenses, and marketing materials. Llandysilio Parochial Church Council Llandysilio Parochial Church Council, in, will restore the church hall's large garden to create a community garden. The grant, of 5,000, will fund architect fees, fence replacement, concrete path, reseeding, tables and chairs, plants, water butt, compost bins, planters and raised beds and gardening tools for children. Cylch Meithrin Aberhonddu Cylch Meithrin Aberhonddu in Brecon will use the grant to establish a group for parents, carers and their children which will promote and encourage the use of baby signing through the medium of Welsh. This grant for 4,050 will fund training, refreshment making facilities, marketing, puppets, musical instruments, a tablet and docking station, toys and books, floor mats and cushions, storage and Welsh Makaton resources. Meifod Village Hall Meifod Village Hall in will use the granta to refurbish their toilets which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund toilet installation costs and fittings.

This grant for 5,000 will fund kitchen units and worktops. Cwmtwrch RFC Cwmtwrch RFC in Swansea will use the grant to refurbish their clubhouse kitchen which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 4,984 will fund re-wiring, kitchen refurbishment and wall cladding. Mid Glamorgan Area Scout Council Mid Glamorgan Area Scout Council will use the grant to purchase equipment so that they can run training for adults volunteers at their Outdoor Centre, the equipment will also provide improved facilities for all user groups. This grant for 4,996 will fund tables and chairs, blinds, a gate, pop up banners, duck boards, grease trap, projector, television and flip chart stands. Glyn Tarell Community Council Glyn Tarell Community Council in will use the grant to install play equipment for children to encourage physical activity, learning and social interaction through play in an outdoor environment. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund play equipment. Pontrobert Recreation Association Pontrobert Recreation Association in will use the grant to improve existing resources to increase usage of the facilities. This grant for 4,000 will purchase staging and sound system equipment.

Comin Allotment Group Halcyon Training Foundation Comin Allotment Group in will use the grant to fund the purchase of a storage container which will provide a secure place for gardeners to store tools and equipment, and will also allow for the collection of rain water. This grant for 2,379 will fund a storage container, corrugated roofing sheets, roofing timber, rainwater goods, bulk bags, cement, shuttering timber and cement mixer hire. Halcyon Training Foundation, in Cardiff, will purchase additional seating and presentation equipment to allow them to deliver one-to-one or small group training sessions with families who want information on coping strategies for dealing with challenging behaviour. The grant, of 2,432, will fund 12 folding chairs and a smart board. Menter Iaith Rhondda Cynon Taf Menter Iaith will improve their marketing materials and communication with the communities they operate within to increase awareness of the organisation's services and activities in order to extend access and participation within the county. The grant, of 4,986 will fund a pop up display case, posters, business cards, banners, flyers and other related marketing materials. Pontygwaith Old Age Association Pontygwaith Old Age Association in will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 1,720 will fund coach hire.

Parkinson's UK Swansea District Branch Swansea Parkinson's UK Swansea District Branch will take their members and carers on a five day trip to York to prevent feelings of social isolation. The grant, of 5,000, will fund transport and accommodation costs. The grant, of 5,000, will part fund accommodation and transport costs.
