Llanfynydd Community Council Carmarthenshire Llanfynydd Community Council in New Cross will use the grant to work with the community to create a wall hanging which will depict the history of the local area. This grant for 1,561 will fund sessional workers, fabrics, venue hire, storage, publicity, project related materials and equipment, and stationery. Carway and District Welfare Association Carmarthenshire Carway and District Welfare Association in Kidwelly will use the grant to purchase new equipment to provide regular family fun days to the local community. This grant for 4,010 will fund the purchase of a bouncy castle, a CD player, garden games, Wii console and games, a barbeque, and five ipads. Knit and Chat Ceredigion Knit and Chat in Aberystwyth will use the grant for trips to Cardigan Castle and Ammanford. This grant for 1,025 will fund coach travel, refreshments and admission fees.

Crest Co-operative Ltd Conwy Crest Co-operative Ltd in Llandudno will use the grant to establish a Community Pop-up Shop to repair furniture, white goods and clothes for disadvantaged communities. This grant for 2,645 will fund sessional workers, publicity materials, and transport costs. Community Development Cymru - Datblygu Cymunedol Cymru Denbighshire Community Development Cymru - Datblygu Cymunedol Cymru in Newtown will use the grant to run a series of art workshops to engage up to ten homeless people in the area. This grant for 3,700 will fund a sessional worker to deliver workshops, a sessional worker to manage the project, and materials.

This grant for 5,000 will part fund the installation of play equipment. Merched y Wawr Isbwyllgor Celf a Chrefft Ceredigion Gwynedd Merched y Wawr Rhanbarth Ceredigion, will take members from the county's branches on a trip to study Portmeirion to produce craftwork on the theme of the town. This grant for 5,000 will fund tables and chairs, gazebo, computers, and display items. St Julians Senior Citizens Association Newport St Julians Senior Citizens Association in Newport will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to reduce social isolation. This grant for 2,380 will fund coach costs for five trips.

This grant for 4,350 will fund six soft play pods. This grant for 4,980 will fund sessional workers, session materials, volunteer expenses, and marketing materials. This grant for 4,050 will fund training, refreshment making facilities, marketing, puppets, musical instruments, a tablet and docking station, toys and books, floor mats and cushions, storage and Welsh Makaton resources. Meifod Village Hall Meifod Village Hall in will use the granta to refurbish their toilets which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund toilet installation costs and fittings.

Cwmtwrch RFC Cwmtwrch RFC in Swansea will use the grant to refurbish their clubhouse kitchen which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 4,984 will fund re-wiring, kitchen refurbishment and wall cladding. Mid Glamorgan Area Scout Council Mid Glamorgan Area Scout Council will use the grant to purchase equipment so that they can run training for adults volunteers at their Outdoor Centre, the equipment will also provide improved facilities for all user groups. This grant for 4,996 will fund tables and chairs, blinds, a gate, pop up banners, duck boards, grease trap, projector, television and flip chart stands. Glyn Tarell Community Council Glyn Tarell Community Council in will use the grant to install play equipment for children to encourage physical activity, learning and social interaction through play in an outdoor environment. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund play equipment. Pontrobert Recreation Association Pontrobert Recreation Association in will use the grant to improve existing resources to increase usage of the facilities. This grant for 4,000 will purchase staging and sound system equipment.

This grant for 2,379 will fund a storage container, corrugated roofing sheets, roofing timber, rainwater goods, bulk bags, cement, shuttering timber and cement mixer hire. Halcyon Training Foundation, in Cardiff, will purchase additional seating and presentation equipment to allow them to deliver one-to-one or small group training sessions with families who want information on coping strategies for dealing with challenging behaviour. The grant, of 2,432, will fund 12 folding chairs and a smart board. Menter Iaith Rhondda Cynon Taf Menter Iaith will improve their marketing materials and communication with the communities they operate within to increase awareness of the organisation's services and activities in order to extend access and participation within the county. The grant, of 4,986 will fund a pop up display case, posters, business cards, banners, flyers and other related marketing materials. Pontygwaith Old Age Association Pontygwaith Old Age Association in will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 1,720 will fund coach hire.
