This grant for 4,980 will fund a compost toilet and installation, a brushcutter, padlocks, and the movement of their existing store building (Caerphilly) Squadron Air Training Corps will use the grant to improve facilities available to members. This grant for 1,225 will fund flight simulation software, a joystick and headset, computer upgrades, and a new flight simulation computer. St Clares Social Group in Tredegar will use the grant to improve the current facilities and activities available to residents at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,476 will fund a television, a Wii, music system, skittles, a weekend break to London, and travel to Monmouth, Cardiff Bay, Barry, and Weston- Super-Mare. Aber Valley YMCA in Caerphilly will use the grant to improve the facilities for their current sewing and social group. This grant for 1,356 will fund twelve sewing machines, two cupboards, and two shelves.

This grant for 4,800 will fund two swimming pool access wheelchairs. Splott Baptist Court Tenants' Association, in Cardiff, will purchase a TV to develop the communal lounge at their sheltered housing scheme, which in turn will be used as a meeting hub for the tenants and community to engage in a range of social events. The grant, of 999, will fund a wall-mounted television. Taking Flight Theatre Company in Cardiff will use the grant to run two summer schools for up to 60 deaf and hard of hearing young people and their siblings. This grant for 5,000 will fund two sessional workers, materials, BSL interpretation, and project related admin costs. Royal Air Force Association Llandaff & Ely Social Club in Cardiff will use the grant to replace the carpets at the club which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund carpeting. Llangadog Women's Institute will use the grant to arrange several activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of their group. This grant for 1,935 will fund publicity, speaker expenses, handchimes and related literature, a wireless portable microphone, travel, and entry fees.

The grant, of 2,953, will fund transport costs, refreshments and entrance fees. Caio and Llanycrwys Community Services for the Elderly, in Carmarthenshire, will take their members on trips to Portbury and Snowdon in order to tackle social exclusion. The grant, of 4,279, will fund transport costs, entry fees and refreshments. Awaydays Coastcare in Carmarthen will use the grant to organise a variety of activities for members, all of whom have experienced mental ill health, to allow them to enjoy some respite time whilst helping and supporting the local environment. This grant for 3,650 will fund activities, transport, sustenance, stationery, a camera, a cashbox, clothing, a Kelly kettle and residential trip costs. Awaydays Carmarthenshire Awaydays in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to develop an enhanced regular Saturday drop-in facility aimed at people in the community who find life difficult, to encourage them to participate in activities in a group setting. This grant for 3,625 will fund room hire, activity days out, a laptop and camera. Clwb Gwili 60+ Club Carmarthenshire Clwb Gwili 60+ Club in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest and purchase a PA system. This grant for 4,600 will fund day trip costs and a PA system. The History Forum For Wales Ceredigion The History Forum For Wales, based in Ceredigion, will provide real time translation at their historical talks, annual conference and translate their minutes and correspondence in order to extend access and participation. The grant, of 1,760, will fund translation costs and venue hire.

This grant for 4,998 will fund sessional worker, venue hire, shadow puppet materials, travel costs, publicity materials, translation costs, filming and editing. Conwy Town Friends Group Conwy Conwy Town Friends Group will use the grant to expand awareness of their current community food growing scheme that provides access to free, healthy, local food. This grant for 4,849 will fund project management, garden tools, marketing, and the design, interpretation and production of signage. Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn Conwy Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn in Llandudno will use the grant to improve their outdoor facilities for extracurricular activities and after school clubs. This grant for 4,661 will fund sessional workers, volunteer expenses, refreshments, training costs and insurance for trips. This grant for 2,200 will fund a website, domain names, equipment for editing, sound systems, online entertainment license, graphic designer, venue hire, and insurance. Jolly Dancers, in Denbighshire will run exercise classes twice a week for older people and those with mobility issues to improve physical health and social interaction. The grant, of 3,450, will fund instructor fees, room hire, administration and advertising costs, and refreshments. Harlech and Ardudwy Leisure in Gwynedd will use the grant to run a marketing campaign for the organisation which will allow them to reach a broader range of potential customers, both from the tourism industry and the local community. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional worker costs, website development, design and printing of marketing materials, postage and distribution costs, stationery and admin costs, mileage, translation costs and the cost of advertising in local publications. Anglesey Federation of Womens Institute Harrogate Anglesey Federation of Womens Institute will use the grant to visit a Centennial Fair in Highgate which will showcase skills and host exhibitors. This grant for 2,063 will fund accommodation costs, coach hire and entry tickets. Dawns i Bawb Isle of Anglesey Dawns i Bawb in Caernarfon will use the grant to engage up to 120 older people with dementia, living in residential homes, in monthly movement and dance sessions. This grant for 5,000 will fund specialist sessional workers, travel costs, and project related materials.

6 Clwb Benllech 50+ Club Isle of Anglesey Clwb Benllech 50+ Club, on Anglesey, will hold a series of social gatherings, including outings to places of interest, indoor board games, indoor bowling, tai chi and guest speakers for their members in order to prevent loneliness and isolation. The grant, of 4,150, will fund venue hire, speaker costs, transport costs, marketing costs, tutor fees and a selection of games. Llandegfan Playgroup Isle of Anglesey Llandegfan Playgroup on Anglesey will use the grant to improve the bilingual facilities currently available to children aged 2-4 in the local community. This grant for 4,975 will fund IT equipment, outdoor play equipment, storage, indoor toys, and reading area furniture. Rhuddlan Environment Group Knowsley Rhuddlan Environment Group in Denbighshire will use the grant to take a group of 80 children and 12 leaders to a safari park and have a tour. This grant for 1,370 will fund travel costs and entrance fees. St Clears and District Old Comrades Association The Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia) Dining Club Milton Keynes Monmouthshire St Clears and District Old Comrades Association will provide a short break of historical significance to more than 30 members at risk of social isolation. This grant for 4,899 will fund entrance fees, travel and accommodation. Dining Club Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia) will use the grant to take members to the battlefield sites of World War I and II in Northern France and Belgium, to enhance their knowledge of military life at the time and pay their respects to fallen comrades. This grant for 5,000 will part-fund coach hire, ferry crossing costs and accommodation. Cwmgors OAP Association Neath Port Talbot Cwmgors OAP Association, in Neath Port Talbot, will take their members on a series of trips around South Wales in order to combat social isolation. The grant, of 1,770, will fund transport costs, entry

Hafan Brynheulog Residents Association Neath Port Talbot Hafan Brynheulog Residents Association in Swansea will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 3,530 will fund meals and transport costs. Neath Railway Historical Society Pill Carnival Committee Neath Port Talbot Newport Neath Railway Historical Society will use the grant to go on a series of trips to rail centres and other places of interest. This grant for 3,060 will fund coach hire and entrance fees. Pill Carnival Committee in Newport will use the grant to put on a carnival to celebrate the diversity of the local community. This grant for 4,566 will fund stage hire, centre hire, portable loo hire and publicity. Happy Hearts Newport Happy Hearts in Newport will use the grant to provide day trips for up to 48 members who have heartrelated health problems. This grant for 1,734 will fund travel to Weston, Minehead, Sidmouth, Tenby, and Bath. Pembrokeshire Federation Of Womens Institutes Pembrokeshire Pembrokeshire Federation of Women's Institutes will use the grant to fund opportunities for members, and for members of the Wexford WI, to prevent social isolation. This grant for 680 will fund travel and venue hire. Merched y Wawr Cangen Mynachlog-ddu Pembrokeshire Merched y Wawr Cangen Mynachlog-ddu, in Pembrokeshire, will take their members on a series of trips to places in Wales and also establish a community website that will provide information about the local area and available activities. The grant, of 4,904, will fund transport costs, venue hire, training costs, IT equipment, table covers, website creation, development and maintenance costs, and

8 volunteer expenses. The Gardeners' Club Pembrokeshire The Gardeners Club in Haverfordwest will use the grant to provide trips to gardens of national and historical importance for 30 members. This grant for 5,000 will part fund accommodation, travel, refreshments, and entrance fees. Hayscastle Community Forum Pwyllgor Shwmae Sir Benfro Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council Endometriosis UK Pembrokeshire Pembrokeshire Powys Powys Hayscastle Community Centre in Haverfordwest will use the grant to improve the facilities currently available to user groups. This grant for 2,650 will fund the purchase of six laptops and a printer. Pwyllgor Shwmae Sir Benfro will establish a number of Welsh language book clubs across the county for Welsh speakers, learners and schoolchildren as well as hold an awards ceremony in October 2015 to recognise those who have worked hard to promote the Welsh language in a number of different settings. The grant, of 4,980, will fund venue hire, marketing materials, translation costs, sessional worker fees, transport costs and volunteer expenses. Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council in Powys will use the grant to deliver a weekend of interactive theatre to engage children and young people in the magic of the literary and performing arts, with the aim of increasing literacy skills. This grant for 4,200 will fund sessional worker costs, workshop costs, technical support and marquee hire, props, food and printing costs. Endometriosis UK will use the grant to train eight delegates in advocacy and leadership to increase the number of existing support groups and raise awareness of the illness. This grant for 3,650 will fund speaker fees, travel and accommodation, music fees, film hire and license, technical equipment and support, marketing materials, printed materials, and workshop fees. Dynea Neighbourhood Watch Association Dynea Neighbourhood Watch Association, based in Pontypridd, will fund a series of trips to places of interest. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport and visitor entrance fees. 1st Newtown Llantwit Scout Group 1st Newtown Llantwit Scout Group in will use the grant to subsidise camping trips which will make their activities fully inclusive for the scouts attending the group. This grant for 2,500 will fund coach hire, van hire and food. Mount Pleasant Tenants and Residents Association Mount Pleasant Tenants and Residents Association in will use the grant to provide inclusive activities for those at risk of social isolation or deprivation. This grant for 2,325 will fund travel, pantomime tickets, and entrance fees.

This grant for 5,000 will fund roof repairs, four spin bikes, two concept rowers and three Olympic weight sets. The Parish of Penrhiwceiber, Matthewstown and Ynysboeth The Parish of Penrhiwceiber, Matthewstown and Ynysboeth, in, will completely rewire their church hall to ensure its continuation in the local area as an essential hub for community groups and activities. The grant, of 2,142, will fund the complete re-wiring of the church hall. Cruse Bereavement Care Merthyr Tydfil and f Area Friends of Tonypandy Community College Cruse Bereavement Care Merthyr Tydfil and f Area will use the grant to train volunteers in bereavement care and run group bereavement sessions as well as information days to inform the public of the services. This grant for 5,000 will fund two training courses, four support groups and four open days. Friends of Tonypandy Community College in Rhonnda Cynon Taff will use the grant to run a series of workshops for people of all ages focused on improving their health and wellbeing through increasing knowledge of food and nutrition as well as physical activities. This grant for 5,000 will fund refreshments, room hire, sessions in healthy eating, physical fun and nutrition, art therapy and relaxation. Friends of Ferndale Friends of Ferndale in f will use the grant to purchase outdoor play equipment for their childcare facility which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund outdoor play equipment.

This grant for 4,859 will fund sessional workers, marketing, camcorder, camcorder accessories, and volunteer expenses. Teify House Old Age Pensioners Association Teify House Old Age Pensioners Association in Rhondda will use the grant to provide 193 members with day trips to prevent social isolation. This grant for 2,950 will fund refreshments and travel to Weston, Worcester, and Swansea. Swansea People First Swansea Swansea People First will use the grant to establish a peer-led group which will support people with learning disabilities to rate, create and share information on important issues and topics. This grant for 4,920 will fund sessional worker costs, venue hire, communication costs, publicity and printing, volunteer expenses and travel costs. Friends of the Old Mill Swansea Friends of the Old Mill in Swansea will use the grant to cover the group s start-up costs, to allow them to support and promote the work of the Old Mill Foundation, which provides holistic support to adults with a cancer diagnosis and their carers. This grant for 4,523 will fund insurance, volunteer expenses, marketing materials, publicity equipment, stationery and translation costs. Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby Limited Swansea Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby Limited will deliver their 'Rugby Wheels' programme in Swansea, Vale of Glamorgan, Pembrokeshire and Conwy in order to help the disabled community to combat isolation and segregation and help improve their quality of life. The grant, of 5,000, will fund wheelchair hire, coaching costs and venue hire.

Swansea Quilters Swansea Swansea Quilters will use the grant to hold an exhibition to celebrate their twentieth anniversary and recruit new members. This grant for 2,020 will fund a sewing machine, reference books, fabric and quilting supplies, sessional worker, exhibition venue hire, travel, and entrance fees. Pontarddulais and District Community Car Scheme Ltd Swansea Pontarddulais and District Community Car Scheme Ltd will use the grant to purchase a new car so that they provide high quality transport for older people and people with disabilities within their community. This grant for 5,000 will fund purchase of a new vehicle. Oak Court Garden and Social Club The Vale of Glamorgan Oak Court Garden and Social Club, in the Vale of Glamorgan, will make improvements to their community garden, which will increase participation and improve inter-generational links with the community in order to combat feelings of isolation. The grant, of 4,030, will fund a gazebo, greenhouse, raised beds and nature pond, plants, shrubs and compost, garden equipment and paint, barbeque, potting shed and plant pots. Gladstone Primary School The Vale of Glamorgan Gladstone Primary School in Barry will use the grant to provide practical healthy cooking courses for parents and families in the area. This grant for 2,640 will fund sessional workers and associated project costs.

13 Rising STAR Orphans The Vale of Glamorgan Rising Star Orphans in the Vale of Glamorgan will use the grant to hold fortnightly discos for young people aged 7-17 to promote community cohesion. This grant for 5,000 will fund venue hire, sessional workers, refreshments, sound equipment, and marketing materials. Trevethin and Penygarn Pigeon Homing Society Trevethin & Penygarn Pigeon Homing Society in Pontypool will use the grant to purchase equipment to improve and expand their current activities. This grant for 3,293 will fund a generator, a laptop, baskets, lighting, printer and inks, wing stamp sets, show pens, and tools. STEMworks Limited Stemworks Limited will use the grant to deliver a series of practical workshops on robotic technology to schools located in socially deprived areas of South Wales, aimed at enhancing pupil s confidence and future aspirations. This grant for 4,412 will fund K'nex model building kits, computer control interfaces, control motors, LED packs, storage boxes software and extension leads. Gwent Dermatology Patient Panel Gwent Dermatology Patient Panel in Cwmbran will use the grant to develop the group s website in order to continue providing support for people with all types of skin diseases. This grant for 3,940 will fund website development, translation costs, a projector screen, swimming pool hire, speaker s expenses, printing and laminating costs. New Inn Pensioners Association New Inn Pensioners Association in Pontypool will use the grant to provide a weekend break for members at risk of social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund travel and accommodation for 40 members.

This grant for 5,000 will fund transport costs, theatre tickets and an end of year meal. This grant for 1,390 will fund travel to Stratford-upon-Avon, Bristol, Somerset, and Hereford. Trosnant Dance Club Trosnant Dance Club in will use the grant to go on a trip to Weston-super-Mare to learn new dances and go on day trips in the local area. This grant for 4,650 will fund dance holiday for members. The Moneypenny Foundation Wrexham The Moneypenny Foundation in Wrexham will use the grant to provide six-month traineeships for 10 unemployed year olds in the local area. This grant for 5,000 will part fund an initial residential course, lead coach costs and coaching sessions.
