Review high-risk obstetrical clinical issues and what healthcare reform will do for the patient in each scenario. 4. Analyze neonatal clinical issues and what healthcare reform will do for the patient in each scenario. 5. Demonstrate skills necessary in the practice of perinatal medicine.
