Surces include: quality indicatr questinnaires, the rganisatin's wn evaluatin tl and verbal feedback frm churches within the cmmunity. The Principal is very active within industry. He meets at least frtnightly with church representatives. The Principal was heavily invlved in the develpment f the accredited curses. The rganisatin has dcumented training and assessment strategies. The electrnic versins f the strategies include links t s and minutes f meetings regarding industry cnsultatin. The rganisatin has three fulltime paid trainers. Additinally, arund 70 vlunteer trainers have been prfiled t prvide training and assessment as required. The trainer/assessr was cnfident all requirements were being addressed and culd prvide a respnse t all questins asked by the auditr. Additinally, the trainer/assessr stated the assessment recrds f a number f students had been mderated and cnsistent decisins were being made by all trainers/assessrs f the accredited curse. Implicatins fr training/assessment quality: The gaps in the previus set f assessment tls relate t the recrding f assessment judgements. It is likely that the assessment prcess/activities ensured the students were required t perfrm an apprpriate range f tasks; hwever, the assessment tls that were used did nt recrd sufficient evidence t demnstrate an assessr had made a judgement regarding all units f cmpetency requirements. The recrding gaps may have had a minr r n impact n the quality f assessment utcmes.
