5 Introducing the Townhomes at Sycamore Square Across the street from the Elizabethtown Amtrak station, Masonic Village has proposed a group of 48 townhomes that would offer adults age 60+ looking for alternatives to traditional active adult communities with easy access for commuting and traveling. Residents would also have availability to select amenities on Masonic Village s campus. Designed with open floor plans ranging from 1,275 to 1,447 square feet, all townhomes would offer one level living, two bedrooms, a patio or balcony and attached private garage with storage. We are pre-marketing the townhomes, and depending on interest, construction would begin spring 2018, with the first occupants moving in late A pre-marketing seminar is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. Interested attendees can register at Welcome, New Employees! Nicole Carroll, nursing assistant Emily Crocker, server Mike Deiter, orchard assistant Jordan Devonshire, dining attendant Sydnie Flowers, server Brendan Heisey, orchard assistant Rachel Joiner, environmental services worker These townhomes would be adjacent to the Sycamore Square marketplace, which continues to welcome new tenants, with space still available for lease. One space in particular would be ideal for a restaurant; if you know of any interested businesses, please have them contact Jennifer Schwalm, chief mission development officer, at ext Masonic Villages launched home health services in June, complementing its home care and hospice services. In early 2018, offices for all three services will relocate to the Sycamore Square marketplace, as well as the Masonic Village Pharmacy, which will be open to employees and the public. The growth of our campus enables us to meet the strong demand for our services and living accommodations. It is also part of continued efforts to bring in revenue to offset the declining reimbursements we receive for care and services as part of our charitable Mission of Love. Sullivan Kauwell, kitchen utility worker Katelyn Kerdeman, nursing assistant Hadasha Knoll, cook s helper Dru Meluskey, nursing assistant Hannah Moynihan, server Kayla Retallack, homemaker Zachary Shank, landscape gardener Charles Truax III, orchard assistant
