How to register for alerts From the initial screen (the Homepage) you will find a section on the right hand side where you can register to receive vacancy alerts by . Variable up to 6 meetings per year Westfield Infant School Part Time Permanent Children & Younger Adults School Support We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clerk to Governors to support our Governing Body. We are a friendly school with 171 pupils. Our last Ofsted inspection in 2009 judged us to be an outstanding school. A key responsibility of the role is to provide the necessary administrative support for the Full Governing Body meetings over the year (up to 6 meetings). This includes working closely with the Chair of Governors and Headteacher in developing and issuing the agenda, attending the meetings themselves (from 7.15 pm on scheduled Monday evenings) and writing and issuing the minutes. Other responsibilities, detailed in the attached job description, include maintaining attendance records, maintaining a Register of Business Interests, ensuring appropriate Criminal Record Bureau checks have been carried out, keeping up to date with recent legislation changes, coordinating sub-committee meetings and administering relevant Governing Body correspondence.
