Conklin Scholarship for Academic Excellence Attend DCC for two years tuition free Graduate in the top 10% of your Dutchess County high school; you are advised into college-level Math and English; Apply for federal and state financial aid every academic year; You attend DCC as a full-time student; You achieve at least a 2.5 grade point average for each semester of enrollment; You attend a luncheon on Columbus Day to personally thank Mr. Charlie Conklin for his generosity in creating this scholarship NYSIR - Cristin Ann Bambino memorial Scholarship 7 - $3000 Scholarships; 1 - $4000 Scholarship; 1 - $5000 Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a college-bound special education student from a NYSIR-member school district University of Michigan - The Geisinger Scholarship Program $20,000 in annual support First-year students admitted to the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor for the academic year; recipients must be enrolled full-time at the University of Michigan and pursuing an undergraduate degree program in engineering NYSIR - Joseph Goncalves Student Humanitarian Scholarship $5,000 This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from a NYSIR subscriber district who plans to attend college in New York State. Applying students should be able to demonstrate a record of involvement and work for a cause or organization that actively promotes social justice, equal opportunity, relief of human suffering or similar aspirations Iota Pi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Scholarship Manhattanville Advancement Program - Scholarship Scholarship and book award Scholarship Program that provides educational opportunity and support to economically disadvantaged students Female African-American graduating high school senior based upon academic achievement, leadership, community service, school involvement and good character The applicant must meet the financial criteria. Candidates will then be evaluated on the information provided in terms of academic promise, interest in Manhattanville and connection to the liberal arts, fit, goals, diversity, experiences with leadership and service NYSIR - Paul Jensen Memorial Scholarship $3000 and $5000 This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has demonstrated an inspired imagination and creative aesthetic in his or her high school career, and who is seeking an opportunity to attend college

3 Name of Scholarship Amount Criteria Ronald McDonald House Charities US Up to 4 scholarships offered Must be a high school senior; be younger than 21 years old; be eligible to attend a Scholarship Program two- or four-year college, university or technical school with a full course of study; be a legal U.S. resident; live in a participating RMHC Chapter's geographic area; submit a complete application and all required documentation by the application deadline; meet any additional eligibility requirements outlined by each scholarship program; provide verification of enrollment each year at respective accredited post-secondary institution NROTC - Marine Corps Scholarship St. John Fisher College - Service/First Generation Scholarship Programs St. John Fisher College - Foreign Language Scholarship In addition to substantial financial assistance, gives its participants direction, purpose and, a career as a Marine Corps Officer Financial and academic assistance Must be a U.S. Citizen; Be 17 years of age by September 1 of the year starting college and less than 23 years of age on June 30 of that year; be a high school graduate or possess a GED by August 1 of the same year of anticipated entrance into the four-year NROTC Scholarship Program; Be physically qualified by marine Corps standards; Have no moral obligations or personal convictions that will be prevent conscientious bearing of arms, and supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic; Have no criminal record o f military or civilian offenses; Achieve qualifying scores on the SAT or ACT; apply for and gain admission to the approved NROTC college or university The First Generation Scholarship Program is designed to provide financial and academic assistance to high school students who exhibit a high degree of motivation and academic potential and whose parents did not attend a postsecondary institution. $3000 annually over four years This scholarship is available to all high school seniors with proficiency in French or Spanish, and a minimum 1000 SAT or 22 ACT composite score. Students of all majors are eligible, but priority is given to students majoring in a foreign language. The College at Brockport - Extraordinary Academic Scholarship awards $ $18,000 over four years Presidential Scholar-in-Residence Award - Students must have a 93 or higher average and 1200 or higher SAT or 26 ACT - On campus residency is required - award valued at $18,000 over four years. Dean's Scholar-in-Residence Award - Students must have a 90 or higher average and 1100 or higher SAT or 24 ACT score. On-campus residency is required. Students who apply and are accepted into the Honors College, will be award a full tuition scholarship - renewable for up to three additional years.
