Carr Scholarships: Awards range from $1,000 $15,000 per year Students test scores and GPAs are evaluated for eligibility, until funds run out. Students who are eligible for top-level Carr Distinguished Scholarship are invited to complete separate application. Carr Air Force ROTC Scholarships: Awarded to Angelo State students in the Air Force ROTC Program. Must score at least a 900 (R & M) SAT or a 20 ACT ASU s Blue and Gold Guarantee Covers tuition and fees that are not covered by other grants or scholarships (all sources) for students whose family income is $40,000 or less.
