1 Presidential Scholarship Application For any questions please contact your Admissions Representative For any questions please contact your Admissions Representative Scholarship overview The Ogle Scholarship Program looks to award chosen full- time Cosmetology/Esthetics candidates that have assembled solid academic records and are leaders in their communities. Moreover, these exceptional graduates share a great passion in making the world around them beautiful. Presidential Scholarship Eligibility Criteria1 HALF TUITION scholarship that will be awarded based upon exceptional academic achievement, exemplary community leadership and an exhibited passion for the beauty industry. Eligibility requirements are as follows: Awarded to 2016 high school graduates 3.0 weighted GPA 20 plus extracurricular activities and/or community service hours as approved by your high school Documentable experience in the beauty industry Scholarship application due date Scholarship Application Process Applicants must apply to be considered for an Ogle Scholarship Program. All applications and required documentation must be submitted to the Admissions Department at the intended campus of attendance and received no later than the stated application due date. Scholarship finalists may also be required to interview on campus with a member(s) of the selection committee. An application for admissions must be submitted prior to the scholarship award consideration.

2 Scholarship application packet must consist of the following: Fully completed Ogle Scholarship Program Application o Application includes community service profile High school transcript showing completed courses and grades through first semester senior year (required for Presidential Awards) o Must be official received from H.S. or an envelope from the H.S. with an unbroken seal Two letters of recommendation from a community leader, teacher, principal, counselor or other school official o Letters of recommendation should be submitted along with application packet in a separate sealed envelope o Letters of recommendation must be from non- related individuals Applicant Essay (2 part minimum 250 words) o Why the beauty industry o Describe how you exhibit the following values while a high school student Teamwork Integrity Respect Excellence Service to the customer 2 Any application or other supporting scholarship documentation received after the application due date will not be presented to the selection committee and will not be used in the selection process.*
