2 Who are we? Formed in 1973 as a family-run business, A&M has since grown to become one of the UK s largest providers of insulation measures At A&M we work with home owners, building contractors and house builders, local authorities and energy suppliers to make steps to reduce the UK s carbon footprint We have circa 250 employees across the UK Through our ten branches, we provide coverage throughout England and Wales and have installed insulation measures in over 1 million properties and premises since we were established in 1973

3 Key personnel Alexander Ross Laing Group Chairman & Managing Director With over 40 years experience of working in the insulation industry, Ross opened Homewarm in 1974 which was then sold to A&M in Ross drives our strategy process to support the delivery of our business plan. Ross was the founding Chairman of the NIA.

4 Key personnel Ian Mollard Director Ian s career at A&M commenced in 1987, when he joined the company after graduating from UCLAN. As Director of ECO, Ian has focused his time on developing key client relationships with the 6 top energy providers and public sector clients. Ian is a Board Director for the NIA (National Insulation Association) and Chairman of the Technical and Compliance Group who work with OFGEM and BEIS.

5 Key personnel Louise Ashton Group Marketing Manager Louise started working for A&M in Louise has over 15 years experience in Marketing and Business Development. Louise s expertise lies in ensuring communication plans, marketing plans and overall company communication is effectively delivered. In additional, Louise offers extensive experience in delivering strategic marketing and business development plans on a national scale. Louise holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Studies with Marketing Management

6 Key personnel Stephen Lang Group Business Development Manager Stephen has worked in the energy and energy related industry for many years, managing programmes for the Carbon Trust and the Energy Saving Trust. He also managed the delivery of the Energy Efficiency Advice Centre service in Merseyside and Cheshire and later joined the Energy Saving Trust to manage the Rural Carbon Initiative. He then joined St Helens Council as their commercial Energy Manager, encouraging the uptake of initiatives seeing the Council adopt carbon reduction policies and reduce the energy usage in all of their building stock. He then moved to EDF Energy as Business Development Account Manager specialising in partnerships with Local Authorities. Now with ECO2t, Stephen has joined A&M with the intention of working in partnership with Local Authorities to bring about successful insulation schemes particularly those that utilise LA Flex funding.

7 Key personnel Simon Collings Branch Manager Garforth (North East) Simon has recently joined A&M as Branch Manager of our newly opened Garforth branch, covering the North East of England. With over 28 years experience within the industry, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge to the company to enable to grow our business within this region. Working his way up the ranks from an installer, Simon has gained first hand experience of what it takes to ensure a quality job is achieved and managed. Simon is IOSH qualified.
