11 Volunteer Support Fund Organizations We Support* American Red Cross Army Volunteer Corps Boy Scouts Child and Youth Services Girl Scouts McEwen Library Off the Beatin Path Gift Shop Thrift Shop USO Fort Drum North Country Spouses Club Volunteer Support Fund The Voucher System Volunteers obtain a signed voucher from the organization at the end of their volunteer time each shift they volunteer If using Chapel Drive CDC Hourly Care, volunteers submit completed/signed vouchers to Memorial when picking up child(ren). Volunteers are not responsible for payment for The Caveats! volunteer time If using off-post Preschool/Home Child Care, volunteers submit completed/signed vouchers to care provider for their signature. Volunteers then submit the completed voucher back to the organization. A check will be sent *VSF supports non-profit organizations directly to the volunteer. and non-appropriated funded month programs VSF will reimburse up to $150 per month per volunteer VSF will reimburse up to $4 per hour per child (current CYSS rate) Volunteers must be approved/registered on VMIS 15 minute travel time to and from (total of 30 minutes) automatically added to shift Home Care givers must be at least 13 years old and not a member of volunteer s immediate family Vouchers must be submitted to VSF before the end of the First Last/Office Symbol/Commercial #/ @mail.mil UNCLASSIFIED As of 2/6/2018
