This position manages the Maintenance department and Renovations Coordinator by providing direct supervision, leadership, training and guidance of day to day operations. Minimum requirements include Bachelor of Science degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience, valid PA Driver s license, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, and knowledge of building codes and NFPA Life Safety Codes. To provide telephone coverage, clerical support, and serves as a greeter to visitors, guests, and various business representatives. Hours are typically 11a-7p, including every fourth weekend and rotating holiday. Current license as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred Skilled Nursing Luther Acres Healthcare Center: Director of Nursing, Full-time, Exempt. This position plans, directs, and supervises nursing service personnel in the delivery of geriatric resident care at a designated health care center. Provides for the continuity of twenty-four hour resident care consistent with established federal/state government regulations and requirements, and Luthercare standards. Current Licensure as a PA Registered Nurse and CPR required. Experience in Long Term Care, preferred. Skilled Luther Acres Healthcare Center: Scheduler, Full-time, M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm. This position provides timely, accurate nursing staff schedules to meet resident care needs within budgetary constraints. Minimum requirements include Current enrollment on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry. Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, High school diploma or equivalent and experience providing basic resident care in a long term facility are preferred. This position oversees the provision of the comfort and general well-being of the residents in accordance with defined professional nursing practice at a designated personal care facility. Manages and directs the day to day operations of personal care ensuring compliance with the PA DHS Regulations governing the delivery of personal care services.
