5 Attendees must register in the Online Registration Center (ORC) prior to the course end. You may register to attend and/or obtain CE credit for this activity between now and the activity date. Attendees must attend all contact hours of the course. Attendees who arrive late or depart early will forfeit their CE eligibility. Attendance will be taken daily for all CE eligible activities and this becomes part of the audit trail for CE compliance. Attendees must complete a post-activity evaluation within 10 days of the activity date. A link to a post-activity evaluation will be sent to the you enter in registration. Please verify your is accurate. You must complete and submit the evaluation within 10 days of the activity end date. Failure to submit your evaluation in time will prevent you from getting your CE credit. Attendees must select an appropriate CE type based on the eligibility below. Some types of CE credit have additional requirements as detailed below. Failure to provide that additional information will prohibit you from receiving your CE credit. MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH TYPE OF CE CREDIT 1. ACCME CME: Offered by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Continuing Medical Education AMA PRA Category 1 Credits is available if you are a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO),Physician s Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP). You must certify at the time of registration that you are an MD, DO, PA, or NP to earn this type of CE credit. 2. Non-Physician Medical: Offered by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), this provides AMA PRA Category 1 Credits to medical professionals who are not physicians, including Chiropractors, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), etc. 3. ACPE: Offered by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), this credit is available to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. In order to earn ACPE credit, we are required by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and ACPE to collect both your SIX DIGIT NABP number and date of birth in MM/DD format. You must enter it at the time of registration to receive credit. You CANNOT use an organization/mtf NABP number, it must be YOUR number. If you do not have an NABP number, please go to and sign up for this six digit number. If you do not provide information, you will not earn credit. Please note, due to ACPE guidelines, all credit awarded by ACPE-accredited providers to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians will be available via CPE Monitor ( If participants would like a paper statement of credit, they may print an individual statement of credit or a transcript from their NABP e-profile. 4. ADA CERP: Offered by the American Dental Association, Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP) credit is available to Dentists and Dental Technicians. 5. ANCC CNE: Offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit is available to Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. 6. APA: Offered by the American Psychological Association (APA), the APA credit is available to Psychologists, Social Workers, Family and Marriage Therapists. 7. CHES: Application for CHES (entry-level) / MCHES (advanced-level) Category I continuing education contact hours (CECH) has been made to the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC). 8. CPH: Offere by the National Board of Public Health Examiners the CPH is available to Public Health Professionals. 9. IACET CEU: Offered by the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET), this non-specific Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is available to any attendee who is an allied health professional and may not be eligible for any of the other continuing education credits offered above.
