In order to meet the requirements for the Permit, WV legislation states that the license verification must come from the "jurisdiction", not necessarily the state. Dr. Steve Eshenaur, Summit Medical Director, will accept verification from the "jurisdiction" which may include any public EMS entity that the permittee is affiliated with. A letter (dated within 0 days of the Jamboree) from the "Jurisdiction" verifying active license status is sufficent.
