LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER Full-Time Seton Services Older Adults $37,544 to $45,032 starting annual salary Provide intake and comprehensive case management services including: o Intake, interview and assessment o Goal Setting o Information and referral services o Individualized client case management plan Provide assessment services and short-term counseling, skill building techniques, and aftercare to individuals, couples and families. May oversee volunteers and clients, as needed. Provide high quality customer service to all persons by completing all applicable client and/or resident requests.
