1 AmBank #JoyFortuneLove Campaign Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions herein ( Terms and Conditions ) are in addition to and are to be read together with the AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) / AmBank Islamic Berhad ( U) (collectively referred to as the Bank ) relevant credit card agreement(s) (collectively referred to as Cardholder Agreement ) which govern the use of the credit card issued by the Bank. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardholder Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as it relates to the Campaign. Except where the context otherwise requires, or unless these Terms and Conditions otherwise provide, all words, names and expressions defined in the Cardholder Agreement when used or referred to in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as that provided in the Cardholder Agreement. Words denoting person shall include living persons and, if and where applicable, body or persons incorporated or unincorporated. Words importing the singular shall also include the plural and viceversa. Words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter gender. Campaign 1. The Campaign means #JoyFortuneLove Campaign organized by the Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as herein stipulated. Campaign Period 2. The Campaign is from 1 November 2016 to 31 March 2017, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ) or such other period(s) as may be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank with prior notice of at least twenty-one (21) calendar days. Eligibility 3. Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank having a Principal Credit Card ( Card ) during the Campaign Period as herein described but do not include:- (a) cardholders of debit card(s), prepaid card(s), corporate card(s), commercial card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by the Bank; and/or (b) cardholders whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period. 4. The following Eligible Cardholders shall be eligible to win only the Daily Prizes and not the Monthly or Grand Prizes:- (a) permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of the Bank (including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses); and (b) representative and/or agents involved in this Campaign (including but not limited to the advertising and promotion agents). Registration 5. Eligible Cardholders must register once to participate in the Campaign by:- (a) registering on the Campaign website at (b) replying to the SMS sent from by the Bank to his mobile number maintained in the Bank s system by way of SMS; or (c) sending an SMS to by typing:- AMB<space>X<space>12-digit new National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) Number Example: AMB a (SMS format is not upper or lower case sensitive meaning both A and a are valid) Page 1 of 8 AmBank #JoyFortuneLoveCampaign

2 X: A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/J/K/L/M/N/P/Q/R/S/T/U/V/W/X/Y/Z Eligible Cardholder only needs to use any one (1) of the letters as all are valid 6. The following group of Eligible Cardholders shall be automatically registered for participation in the Campaign:- (a) cardholders with new approved Card(s) or Supplementary Card(s) during the Campaign Period; and (b) cardholders with new approved AmFlexi-Pay Program / Easy Payment Plan / Balance Transfer/QuickCash Flexi Payment Plan, excluding plans with 0% interest/management fee per annum, during Campaign Period. 7. The sending of SMS by an Eligible Cardholder is not proof that the registration is successful. Upon completing the steps mentioned in Clause 5, an SMS confirmation shall be sent from by the Bank to the same mobile number used for the SMS registration at no cost to the Eligible Cardholder. In the event of unsuccessful registration, an SMS notification shall be sent from by the Bank to the same mobile number used for the registration at no cost to the Eligible Cardholder to notify him to re-register according to the format as stated in Clause 5. In the event that an Eligible Cardholder does not receive the SMS confirmation whatsoever, he must contact the Bank in accordance with Clause 52 herein for assistance. 8. Eligible Cardholders are responsible to ensure that their mobile numbers and new NRIC number used to register their participation in the Campaign are the same as that maintained in the Bank s system. The Bank shall not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate registration details. 9. Telecommunication service providers that permit SMS registrations are Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile and XOX. Eligible Cardholders shall bear the standard telecommunication charges imposed by their respective telecommunication service providers for each SMS registration in accordance with Clause 5. Eligible Cardholders with mobile numbers by telecommunication service providers that do not permit SMS registrations or without their new NRIC number maintained in the Bank s system must contact the Bank in accordance with Clause 52 to register their participation during the Campaign Period. 10. The Bank is not responsible for nor does the Bank have any control whatsoever on the SMS traffic, network failure and/or interruptions on the part of the respective telecommunications service providers or the Bank s SMS vendor for any other reason(s) whatsoever resulting in the delay of the SMS during the Campaign Period. 11. Upon successful registration, the Eligible Cardholder shall be entitled to participate in the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ( Participant ). Participation 12. For purposes of the Campaign, 00:00 hours until 23:59 hours based on Malaysian time as recorded in the Bank s system is considered one (1) ( Campaign Day ). All Participants agree and authorize the Bank to disclose their personal details (including but not limited to name, new NRIC number for Malaysians/passport number for non-malaysians, mobile/telephone number and billing address) only to the extent necessary to the Bank s service providers for the purposes of this Campaign. All Participants also agree and consent to the Bank s entitlement to display and/or publish information and/or materials, including but not limited to name and photographs for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner the Bank deems appropriate. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants hereby agree to and shall abide by these Terms and Conditions and have read, understood and consent to the AmBank Group Privacy Notice. Entries 15. Subject to the Terms and Conditions hereinafter appearing, all Participants shall earn Entries from usage of their Cards and Supplementary Cards up to the maximum as follows:- Number of Entries Card Usage Maximum Number of Entries per Campaign Month Entries (which qualify for all categories of Prizes) 1 Every RM50 retail spend transaction in a single receipt Not applicable Bonus Entries (which only qualify for Monthly and Grand Prizes) Every RM1,000 monthly cumulative retail spend transactions (Supplementary Card transactions shall be Not applicable tracked on a consolidated basis under its Principal Card) Every new approved Card or Supplementary Card during Not applicable Campaign Period 10 Every new approved AmFlexi-Pay Program / Easy Payment Plan / Balance Transfer/QuickCash Flexi Payment Plan (excluding AmTransfer Program and Plans 30 with 0% interest/management fee per annum) during Campaign Period 16. Eligible retail spend transactions are all local, overseas and/or online retail spend transactions charged to any Card(s) and/or Supplementary Card(s) of a Participant during the Campaign Period for purchase of goods or services incurred for personal consumption, and not for business purposes, excluding the following transactions:- (a) quasi cash transactions for betting and/or gaming; (b) on-going monthly instalments of AmFlexi-Pay Program / Easy Payment Plan; (c) corporate Bill Payments or Corporate GIRO transactions; (d) cash advance/deposit/withdrawal transactions; (e) any fees or charges imposed by the Bank; (f) trade financing transactions; (g) transactions which are under special corporate arrangement where rebate is applicable; and (h) retail spend transactions which are subsequently cancelled, disputed, refunded, unauthorized, suspicious or fraudulent transactions in any nature. 17. All eligible retail spend transactions within the Campaign Period in foreign currency shall be converted to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) based on the prevailing foreign exchange rate as recorded in the Bank s system for the purpose of calculating the number of Entries earned for the said transaction(s). 18. Any determination by the Bank as to what constitutes eligible retail spending transactions is conclusive and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever. All eligible retail spend transactions within the Campaign Period must be based on Malaysian time as captured by the Bank s transaction records and posted to the Participants Cards accounts within five (5) calendar days from the date of the transactions. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any failure and/or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by VISA, MasterCard, merchant establishments or any other party. 1250x Rewards: Bionaire Air Purifier Balance Transfer/QuickCash 21. Participants whose Balance Transfer/QuickCash Flexi Payment Plan at a minimum amount of RM20,000 ( Plan ) (excluding AmTransfer Program and Plans with 0% interest/management fee per annum) approved during the Campaign Period are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Bionaire air purifier ( Reward ) on a first-come, first-serve basis based on the enrolment date of the Plan. There are 250 Rewards to be given away per Campaign Month. 22. In the event of a tie between Participants eligible for the Reward in the Campaign Month, the highest amount of the new approved Plan shall apply as tie breaker to determine the Reward Winners, and if that is not possible, the higher amount of eligible retail spend for the Campaign Month shall apply to break the tie. Prizes 23. 5 Winners Selection A. 2x Grand Prizes: Audi TT 2.0 TFSI 24. Subject to the Terms and Conditions herein stipulated, the Bank s automated system shall assign to each and every Entry earned by all Participants during the Campaign Period its respective unique serial number, which is then used for sorting all Entries in an ascending numeric order. Following this sorting, each Entry is numbered sequentially starting from 1 for the serial number with the lowest value ( Sequential Number ). Following this numbering, the total number of Entries is divided by 6 to return the multiplier value for shortlisting six (6) Participants ( Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants ). Example: 1,200,000 Entries is divided by 6 to return the multiplier value of 200,000, which means that the Participants with the 200,000 th Entry and its multiples: 400,000 th, 600,000 th 800,000 th, 1,000,000 th and 1,200,000 th Entries are the Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants. 25. A Participant can only be shortlisted once for the Grand Prize in the Campaign. In the event the same Participant is shortlisted more than once for the Grand Prize, he shall only be shortlisted based on his lowest Entry value. His other Entry(ies) shall be disregarded and the Participant with the next Entry value shall be shortlisted instead, as exemplified below:- Example based on Clause 24: If the 400,000 th and 1,000,000 th Entries are from the same Participant, then he shall only be shortlisted based on the 400,000 rd Entry. For the 1,000,000 th Entry not selected, the Participant with the next Entry, which is the 1,000,001 st Entry, shall be shortlisted instead. 26. The two (2) Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants with the lowest Entry values shall be contacted for a recorded question and answer session via telephone call at their mobile number maintained in the Bank s system, between 8.45am until 5.45pm from Mondays to Thursdays and between 8.45am until 4.45pm on Fridays (except public holidays), within twelve (12) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and shall be required to answer up to three (3) questions correctly ( Phone Q&A ) to be confirmed as the winners of the Grand Prizes ( Grand Prize Winners ). 27. The Bank shall make three (3) attempts to contact the two (2) Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants in Clause 26. If the first contact attempt fails due to reasons such as no answer, mobile number not in service, no connection or any other reason whatsoever, then the Bank shall make the other two (2) attempts on the next available day and time. If the final attempt is also unsuccessful, then the Shortlisted Grand Prize Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The next Shortlisted Grand Prize Participant with the lowest Entry value from the list in Clause 24 shall then be contacted until there are two (2) confirmed Grand Prize Winners. Example based on Clause 24: The Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants of the 200,000 th and 400,000 th Entries shall be contacted for Phone Q&A session first. If the Participant of the 200,000 th Entry is disqualified due to three (3) failed contact attempts, then the Participant of the 600,000 th Entry shall be contacted. 28. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be responsible for any telephone calls made to the Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants which are not completed, disconnected, not answered or proceeded with due to the unavailability of the said Participants at the appointed date and time and/or due to any other reasons whatsoever. B. 30x Monthly Prizes: Samsung GALAXY S7 Edge 32GB 29. Subject to Terms and Conditions herein stipulated, the Bank s automated system lists all Entries earned by all Participants during each Campaign Month based on its respective Sequential Number as explained in Clause 24. The total number of Entries for each Campaign Month shall be divided by 18 in order to return the multiplier number to be used to shortlist eighteen (18) Participants for each Campaign Month ( Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participants ). 6 30. A Participant can only be shortlisted once for the Monthly Prize in this Campaign. The method of selection as stated in Clause 25 is also applicable to determine the Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participants. 31. For each Campaign Month, the six (6) Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participants with the lowest Entries value shall be contacted for a question and answer session via SMS at their mobile number maintained in the Bank s system, between 8.45am until 5.45pm from Mondays to Thursdays and between 8.45am until 4.45pm on Fridays (except public holidays), within twelve (12) weeks from the end of the Campaign Month at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and shall be required to answer a question correctly via SMS reply within the deadline of two (2) calendar days from the date the SMS was sent by the Bank ( SMS Q&A ) to be confirmed as the winners of the Monthly Prizes ( Monthly Prize Winners ). 32. If the Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participant fails to answer the SMS Q&A correctly or does not reply within the deadline, then the said Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Monthly Prize. The next Participant with the lowest Entry value from the list in Clause 29 shall then be contacted until there are six (6) confirmed Monthly Prize Winners for the respective Campaign Month. 33. For avoidance of doubt, all Participants shall bear the standard telecommunication charges imposed by their respective telecommunication service providers for each SMS reply. In the event of multiple SMS replies by a Participant, only the earliest SMS reply received by the Bank based on the date and time as recorded by the Bank s system shall be accepted. In the event that the Shortlisted Monthly Prize Participant s mobile number is not under the following telecommunication service providers that permit SMS replies: Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile and XOX, the Bank shall contact the Participant via telephone call instead. Clause 9 is also applicable for the SMS Q&A for Monthly Prizes. C. 1,510 x Daily Prizes: RM50 Cash Back 34. Subject to Terms and Conditions herein stipulated, the Bank s automated system lists all Entries, except Bonus Entries, earned by all Participants during each Campaign Day based on its respective Sequential Number as explained in Clause 24. The total number of Entries for each Campaign Day shall be divided by 10 in order to return the multiplier number to be used to shortlist ten (10) Participants for each Campaign Day ( Shortlisted Daily Prize Participants ). 35. A Participant can only be shortlisted once for the Daily Prize for each Campaign Month. The method of selection as stated in Clause 25 is also applicable to determine the Shortlisted Daily Prize Participants. 36. For each Campaign Day, the Shortlisted Daily Prize Participants shall be contacted for SMS Q&A to be confirmed as the winners of the Daily Prizes ( Daily Prize Winners ). Clauses 9, 31 and 33 are applicable for the SMS Q&A for Daily Prizes as well. 37. If a Shortlisted Daily Prize Participant fails to answer the SMS Q&A correctly or within the deadline, then the Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Daily Prize. The forfeited Prize shall not be given to another Participant. Winners 38. The Bank shall notify all Winners via SMS/telephone/electronic mailer/mailer based on their contact details maintained in the Bank s system. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank reserves the right to use any other medium or method, including the Bank s website at as it deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners. All Monthly and Grand Prize Winners shall be required to attend the prize presentation ceremony and/or other publicity programs at their own costs and expenses as and when required as notified by the Bank via telephone call and/or electronic mailer with regards to the date, time and venue of the prize presentation ceremony and/or other publicity programs. The Bank shall make three (3) attempts to contact the Winners. If a Winner fails to be contacted after these attempts, the Bank shall make no further attempts or if the Winner is successfully contacted but fails to attend such ceremony and/or programs without any valid reason(s), the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the said Winner s Prize and to select the next Shortlisted Prize Participant via Q&A as the Winner. 40. All Daily Prizes shall be credited into the respective Winners Principal Card account with the selected winning Entry within twelve (12) weeks from the end of each Campaign Month and shall be displayed in his statement of Card account. Monthly Prizes and Rewards shall be delivered to the respective Winner s billing address as maintained in the Bank s system within twelve (12) weeks from the end of each Campaign Month. Grand Prizes shall be available for collection within twelve (12) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period at the prize presentation ceremony. Grand Prize Winners shall be wholly responsible for the payment of all taxes, insurance/takaful and/or other miscellaneous charges relating to the Grand Prizes as the Bank shall not bear the cost or be responsible for the road tax, car insurance/takaful, cost of transportation of the vehicle to the Grand Prize Winners or any other incidental costs whatsoever. 41. The Bank s liability with regards to the Rewards and Prizes, except Daily Prizes, is only to pay the purchase price for the same to the vendor. Rewards and Prizes are given on an as is basis, which is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other kinds, whether in part or in full. The Bank reserves the right to select the colour of the Rewards and Prizes, where applicable. Visual(s) of the Rewards and Prizes used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign is/are only for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual colour of the Rewards and Prizes and excludes any optional accessories. 42. In the event the vendor is unable to supply the same model of the Rewards or Prizes as described herein to the Bank due to the reasons which include, but are not limited to manufacturer s recall or damage, lost or stolen during storage and/or delivery, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the Rewards or Prizes with another model of like or similar value at its sole and absolute discretion with prior notice of at least twenty-one (21) calendar days on the Bank s website at However, the Bank bears no responsibility to replace any Rewards or Prizes, except Daily Prizes, damaged or stolen after delivery to the Winner. 43. The inclusion of all Rewards and Prizes in this Campaign cannot be construed as any endorsement or recommendation of the Rewards and Prizes by the Bank. For any dispute in relation to quality or warranty of the Rewards and Prizes or any Terms and Conditions in respect thereof, the Winner shall deal with the authorized dealer or supplier directly without any recourse to the Bank. The Bank shall not be held liable for any breach of quality or warranty of the Rewards and Prizes or any Terms and Conditions in respect thereof and shall not entertain any complaints whatsoever in relation with the Rewards and Prizes. 44. By receipt of the Rewards and Prizes, the Winners agree not to hold the Bank liable from any action, claim, damage, expense, judgment, liability or proceeding suffered in relation with their participation in the Campaign or receipt, redemption or usage of the Rewards and Prizes. 8 Disqualification 45. The Bank reserves the absolute right to disqualify the participation of any Eligible Cardholders for the purpose of this Campaign without having to alert him in the event:- (a) the Eligible Cardholder s Card account is in default of facilities granted at any time during the Campaign Period; or (b) the Eligible Cardholder s Card account is closed within twelve (12) weeks from the expiry of the Campaign Period; or (c) the Eligible Cardholder has provided untrue information or acted fradulently in any manner during the Campaign Period; or (d) the Eligible Cardholder breaches any of these Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Liability 46. The Bank shall not be liable to any Participant for any damage of whatsoever nature or loss suffered by him (including but not limited to, loss of goodwill, income or profits or consequential, direct or indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive or special damages) howsoever arising in relation to his participation in the Campaign, or the Bank exercising its rights pursuant to any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Language 47. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as equivalent and each of the Terms and Conditions stipulated shall carry the same meaning. General 48. The Bank s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is binding and final and no further correspondence or appeal shall be entertained. All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia and any legal disputes shall be commenced and heard in courts in Kuala Lumpur. 49. All Participants have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions specified herein and the Bank shall have the absolute right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign at any time without assigning any reason by giving prior notice of at least twenty-one (21) calendar days on the Bank s website at For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign by the Bank shall not entitle the Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participant(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 51. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable to the Participant(s) for any losses or costs (including loss of business opportunities or profits) caused by abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances outside the Bank s reasonable control which is unavoidable, including but not limited to any accident, act of terrorist, breakdown of machinery, civil commotion, fire, industrial dispute, labour unrest, lock-out, natural disaster, riot, strike, war (whether declared or undeclared), or data processing system, electrical, telecommunication system or transmission link failure. 52. 9 Kempen #JoyFortuneLove AmBank Terma dan Syarat Terma-terma dan syarat-syarat di sini ( Terma dan Syarat ) adalah tambahan kepada dan untuk dibaca bersama dengan perjanjian kad kredit yang berkaitan ( Perjanjian Pemegang Kad ) AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) / AmBank Islamic Berhad ( U) (secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai pihak Bank ) yang masing-masing mentadbir ke atas penggunaan kad kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak Bank. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan atau ketidakseragaman antara Terma dan Syarat ini dan Perjanjian Pemegang Kad, Terma dan Syarat ini akan digunapakai setakat berkaitannya dengan Kempen ini. Kecuali di mana konteks memerlukan sebaliknya, atau melainkan jika Terma dan Syarat ini memperuntukkan selainnya, semua perkataan, nama dan ekspresi yang ditakrifkan di dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad, apabila digunakan atau dirujuk di dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, hendaklah mempunyai maksud yang sama seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam Perjanjian Pemegang Kad. Perkataan yang melambangkan orang termasuklah orang yang hidup dan, jika dan di mana berkenaan, badan atau orang yang diperbadankan atau tidak diperbadankan. Perkataan yang bererti tunggal juga hendaklah termasuk jamak dan sebaliknya. Perkataan yang bermaksud jantina lelaki hendaklah termasuk jantina perempuan dan neuter. Kempen 1. "Kempen" bermaksud "Kempen #JoyFortuneLove yang dianjurkan oleh pihak Bank selaras dengan Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan di sini. Tempoh Kempen 2. Kempen ini adalah dari 1 November 2016 hingga 31 Mac 2017, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh ( Tempoh Kempen ) atau mana-mana tempoh lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak pihak Bank dengan notis sekurang-kurangnya dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar terlebih dahulu. Kelayakan 3. "Pemegang Kad Yang Layak" bermaksud pelanggan pihak Bank yang mempunyai Kad Kredit Utama ( Kad ) semasa Tempoh Kempen seperti yang diterangkan di sini tetapi tidak termasuk:- (a) pemegang kad debit, kad prabayar, kad korporat, kad komersil atau kad insuran yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak Bank; dan/atau (b) pemegang kad dengan akaun Kad yang telah digantung, diberhentikan atau dibatalkan atas apa jua sebab semasa dan sehingga dua belas (12) minggu setelah Tempoh Kempen tamat. 4. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak yang berikut akan layak untuk memenangi hanya Hadiah Harian dan bukan Hadiah Bulanan atau Utama:- (a) pekerja atau kakitangan tetap, kontrak dan/atau sementara pihak Bank (termasuk subsidiari dan syarikat gabungan) dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik, termasuk suami isteri); dan (b) wakil dan/atau ejen yang terlibat dalam Kempen ini (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada ejen pengiklanan dan promosi). Pendaftaran 5. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti mendaftar sekali untuk menyertai Kempen ini dengan:- (a) mendaftar di laman web Kempen di (b) membalas kepada SMS yang dihantar dari oleh pihak Bank ke nombor telefon bimbit beliau yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank melalui SMS; atau Halaman 1 of 9

10 (c) menghantar SMS ke dengan menaip:- AMB<jarak>X<jarak>Nombor KP Baru 12-digit Contoh: AMB a (Format SMS ini tidak peka terhadap huruf besar atau kecil yang bermaksud kedua-dua A dan a adalah sah) X: A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/J/K/L/M/N/P/Q/R/S/T/U/V/W/X/Y/Z Pemegang Kad Yang Layak hanya perlu menggunakan mana-mana satu (1) huruf kerana semua adalah sah 6. Kumpulan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak berikut akan didaftar secara automatik untuk penyertaan dalam Kempen ini:- (a) pemegang kad dengan Kad atau Kad Tambahan baru yang diluluskan semasa Tempoh Kempen; dan (b) pemegang kad dengan Program AmFlexi-Pay / Pelan Pembayaran Mudah / Pelan Bayaran Fleksi Pindahan Baki/QuickCash baru yang diluluskan, tidak termasuk Program AmTransfer dan pelan dengan 0% faedah/yuran pengurusan setahun, semasa Tempoh Kempen. 7. Penghantaran SMS oleh seorang Pemegang Kad Yang Layak bukan bukti bahawa pendaftaran tersebut berjaya. Setelah melengkapkan langkah-langkah yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 5, satu pengesahan SMS akan dihantar dari oleh pihak Bank ke nombor telefon bimbit yang sama yang digunakan untuk pendaftaran SMS tanpa kos kepada Pemegang Kad Yang Layak. Sekiranya pendaftaran tidak berjaya, satu notifikasi SMS akan dihantar dari oleh pihak Bank ke nombor telefon bimbit yang sama yang digunakan untuk pendaftaran tanpa kos kepada Pemegang Kad Yang Layak untuk memaklumkan beliau untuk mendaftar semula menurut format yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 5. Sekiranya seorang Pemegang Kad Yang Layak tidak menerima pengesahan SMS apa jua, beliau mesti menghubungi pihak Bank selaras dengan Klausa 52 di sini untuk bantuan. 8. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan nombor telefon bimbit dan nombor KP baru mereka yang digunakan untuk mendaftar penyertaan mereka dalam Kempen adalah yang sama seperti yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang butiran pendaftaran yang tidak lengkap atau tidak tepat. 9. Penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi yang membenarkan pendaftaran SMS ialah Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile dan XOX. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan menanggung caj telekomunikasi standard yang dikenakan oleh penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi masing-masing untuk setiap pendaftaran SMS selaras dengan Klausa 5. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dengan nombor telefon bimbit oleh penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi yang tidak membenarkan pendaftaran SMS atau tanpa nombor KP baru mereka dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank mesti menghubungi pihak Bank selaras dengan Klausa 52 untuk mendaftar penyertaan mereka semasa Tempoh Kempen. 10. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab ataupun mempunyai sebarang kawalan apa jua pada trafik SMS, kegagalan rangkaian dan/atau gangguan pada bahagian penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi masing-masing atau vendor SMS pihak Bank atau kerana sebarang sebab(- sebab) lain apa jua yang mungkin menyebabkan kelewatan SMS. 11. Setelah pendaftaran berjaya, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan berhak untuk menyertai dalam Kempen ini selaras dengan Terma dan Syarat ini ( Peserta ). Penyertaan 12. Untuk tujuan-tujuan Kempen ini, jam 00:00 sehingga jam 23:59 berdasarkan waktu Malaysia seperti yang direkod dalam sistem pihak Bank dianggap sebagai satu (1) ( Hari Kempen ). Tempoh Kempen terdiri daripada lima (5) ( Bulan Kempen ) didefinisikan seperti berikut:- Halaman 2 of 9

Semua Peserta bersetuju dan memberi kuasa kepada pihak Bank untuk mendedahkan butiran peribadi mereka (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada nama, nombor KP baru untuk warganegara Malaysia/nombor paspot untuk warganegara bukan Malaysia, nombor telefon/telefon bimbit dan alamat bil) hanya setakat yang diperlukan kepada penyedia perkhidmatan pihak Bank untuk tujuan-tujuan Kempen ini. Semua Peserta juga bersetuju dan memberikan pihak Bank hak untuk memaparkan dan/atau menerbitkan informasi dan/atau bahan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada nama dan foto untuk tujuan-tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti dalam sebarang cara pihak Bank memikirkan sesuai. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, para Peserta dengan ini bersetuju dengan dan akan mematuhi Terma dan Syarat ini dan telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju dengan Notis Privasi Kumpulan AmBank. Entri 15. Transaksi perbelanjaan runcit yang layak ialah semua transaksi perbelanjaan runcit tempatan, luar negara dan/atau online yang dicaj ke sebarang Kad dan/atau Kad Tambahan Peserta semasa Tempoh Kempen untuk pembelian barangan atau perkhidmatan yang dibuat untuk kegunaan peribadi, dan bukan untuk tujuan-tujuan perniagaan, tidak termasuk transaksi yang berikut:- Halaman 3 of 9

12 (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) transaksi tunai kuasi untuk pertaruhan dan/atau perjudian; ansuran bulanan sedia ada Pelan Pembayaran Mudah / Program AmFlexi-Pay; Pembayaran Bil Korporat atau Transaksi Korporat GIRO; transaksi pendahuluan wang/deposit/pengeluaran; sebarang fi atau caj yang dikenakan oleh pihak Bank; transaksi pembiayaan perdagangan; transaksi di bawah pengaturan korporat khas di mana rebat tertakluk; dan transaksi perbelanjaan runcit yang kemudiannya dibatalkan, dipertikaikan, dikembalikan, transaksi yang mencurigakan, tanpa kebenaran atau palsu dalam apa jua bentuk. 17. Semua transaksi perbelanjaan runcit semasa Tempoh Kempen dalam mata wang asing akan ditukarkan ke Ringgit Malaysia (RM) berdasarkan kadar pertukaran semasa yang direkod oleh sistem pihak Bank untuk tujuan mengira bilangan Entri yang diperoleh untuk transaksi tersebut. 18. Sebarang penentuan oleh pihak Bank berkenaan apa yang merupakan transaksi perbelanjaan runcit adalah konklusif dan tidak boleh dicabar dalam sebarang cara apa jua. Semua transaksi seperti yang direkod oleh pihak Bank akan juga menjadi muktamad dan konklusif. 19. Semua kegunaan Kad dan Kad Tambahan seorang Peserta akan dijejak untuk tujuan menghitung bilangan Entri yang diperoleh untuk semua Bulan Kempen Penyertaan yang tertakluk seperti yang dicontohkan di bawah:- Peserta berjaya mendaftar untuk menyertai pada 28 November 2016 Akaun Kad Tarikh Kegunaan Kad Bilangan Entri Bulan Kempen 1: 1 November November 2016 Kad Utama 2 November RM95 perbelanjaan runcit 1 Entri Platinum AmBank 14 November RM897 perbelanjaan runcit 17 Entri Kad Tambahan di bawah Kad Utama Platinum AmBank 15 November RM128 perbelanjaan runcit 2 Entri Jumlah perbelanjaan runcit Kad Utama Platinum AmBank terkumpul bulanan sebanyak RM1, Entri Bonus Kad AmBank 22 November - Islamic baru yang 10 Entri Bonus diluluskan Kad Utama Emas 30 November Pelan Pembayaran Mudah AmBank baru sebanyak RM7, Entri Bonus Jumlah Bilangan Entri Entri Bonus 20. Semua transaksi perbelanjaan runcit yang layak dalam Tempoh Kempen mesti berdasarkan waktu Malaysia seperti yang dirakamkan oleh rekod transaksi pihak Bank dan diposkan ke akaun Kad Peserta dalam tempoh lima (5) hari kalendar dari tarikh transaksi-transaksi tersebut. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab dalam sebarang cara apa jua untuk sebarang kegagalan dan/atau kelewatan dalam transmisi bukti transaksi jualan oleh VISA, MasterCard, pertubuhan peniaga atau sebarang pihak lain. 1,250x Ganjaran: Pembersih Udara Bionaire Pindahan Baki/QuickCash 21. Para Peserta dengan Pelan Bayaran Fleksi Pindahan Baki/QuickCash dengan amaun minimum sebanyak RM20,000 ( Pelan ) (tidak termasuk Program AmTransfer dan Pelan dengan 0% faedah/yuran pengurusan setahun) baru yang diluluskan semasa Tempoh Kempen layak untuk memenangi maksimum satu (1) pembersih udara Bionaire ( Ganjaran ) pada dasar Halaman 4 of 9

13 yang terdahulu diutamakan berdasarkan tarikh enrolmen Pelan yang terawal. Terdapat 250 Ganjaran yang akan diberikan setiap Bulan Kempen. 22. Sekiranya berlaku seri antara Peserta yang layak untuk Ganjaran tersebut dalam Bulan Kempen tersebut, amaun Pelan baru yang diluluskan yang tertinggi akan diguna pakai sebagai pemutus untuk menentukan Pemenang Ganjaran, dan jika itu tidak mungkin, amaun perbelanjaan runcit yang layak yang lebih tinggi semasa Bulan Kempen akan diguna pakai untuk memutuskan seri tersebut. Hadiah 23. Tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan di sini, sistem automatik pihak Bank akan memberi setiap satu Entri yang diperoleh oleh para Peserta nombor siri unik masingmasing, yang kemudiannya diguna untuk menyusun semua Entri dalam satu tertib nombor menaik. Berikutan susunan ini, setiap Entri dinomborkan berturutan bermula dari 1 untuk nombor siri dengan nilai yang paling rendah ( Nombor Berturutan ). Berikutan penomboran ini, jumlah bilangan Entri dibahagi dengan 6 untuk mengembalikan nilai pengganda untuk menyenarai pendek enam (6) Peserta ( Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek ). Contoh: 1,200,000 Entri dibahagi dengan 6 untuk mengembalikan nilai pengganda 200,000, yang bermaksud Peserta dengan Entri ke-200,000 dan gandaannya: Entri ke-400,000, ke- 600,000, ke-800,000, ke-1,000,000 dan ke-1,200,000 ialah Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek. 25. Seorang Peserta hanya boleh disenarai pendek sekali untuk Hadiah Utama dalam Kempen ini. Sekiranya Peserta yang sama disenarai pendek lebih daripada sekali untuk Hadiah Utama, beliau hanya akan disenarai pendek berdasarkan nilai Entri beliau yang terendah. Entri(-Entri) lain beliau akan diketepikan dan Peserta dengan nilai Entri yang seterusnya akan disenarai pendek sebaliknya, seperti yang dicontohkan di bawah:- Contoh berdasarkan Klausa 24: Jika Entri ke-400,000 dan ke-1,000,000 adalah dari Peserta yang sama, maka beliau hanya akan disenarai pendek berdasarkan Entri ke-400,000. Untuk Entri ke-1,000,000 yang tidak dipilih, Peserta dengan Entri yang seterusnya, iaitu Entri ke- 1,000,001, akan disenarai pendek sebaliknya. 26. Dua (2) Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan nilai-nilai Entri yang terendah akan dihubungi untuk sesi soal dan jawab yang direkod melalui panggilan telefon di nombor telefon bimbit mereka yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank, antara 8.45am sehingga 5.45pm, dari Isnin hingga Khamis dan antara 8.45am sehingga 4.45pm pada Jumaat (kecuali cuti umum), dalam tempoh dua belas (12) minggu setelah Tempoh Kempen tamat mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak pihak Bank dan akan dikehendaki untuk menjawab sehingga Halaman 5 of 9

14 tiga (3) soalan dengan betul ( Q&A Telefon ) untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Utama ( Pemenang Hadiah Utama ). 27. Pihak Bank akan membuat tiga (3) cubaan untuk menghubungi dua (2) Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dalam Klausa 26. Jika cubaan pertama gagal akibat daripada sebab seperti tiada jawapan, nombor telefon bimbit tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan atau sebarang sebab lain apa jua, maka pihak Bank akan membuat dua (2) lagi cubaan pada hari dan masa seterusnya yang tersedia. Jika cubaan terakhir juga tidak berjaya, maka Peserta tersebut akan disingkirkan dan tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah Utama tersebut. Peserta seterusnya dengan nilai Entri yang terendah dari senarai dalam Klausa 24 kemudiannya akan dihubungi sehingga terdapat dua (2) Pemenang Hadiah Utama yang disahkan. Contoh berdasarkan Klausa 24: Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan Entri ke-200,000 dan ke-400,000 akan dihubungi untuk Q&A Telefon dahulu. Sekiranya Peserta dengan Entri ke-200,000 disingkirkan akibat daripada tiga (3) cubaan perhubungan yang gagal, maka Peserta dengan Entri ke-600,000 akan dihubungi. 28. Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang panggilan telefon yang dibuat kepada Peserta Yang Disenarai Pendek yang tidak dilengkapi, terputus, tidak dijawab atau diteruskan akibat daripada ketiadaan Peserta tersebut pada hari dan masa yang ditetapkan dan/atau akibat daripada sebarang sebab lain apa jua. B. 30x Hadiah Bulanan: Samsung GALAXY S7 Edge 32GB 29. Tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan di sini, sistem automatik pihak Bank menyenarai semua Entri yang diperoleh oleh semua Peserta semasa setiap Bulan Kempen berdasarkan Nombor Berturutan masing-masing seperti yang dijelaskan dalam Klausa 24. Jumlah bilangan Entri untuk setiap Bulan Kempen akan dibahagi dengan 18 untuk mengembalikan nilai pengganda untuk diguna untuk menyenarai pendek lapan belas (18) Peserta untuk setiap Bulan Kempen ( Peserta Hadiah Bulanan Yang Disenarai Pendek ). 30. Setiap Peserta hanya boleh disenarai pendek sekali untuk Hadiah Bulanan dalam Kempen ini. Kaedah pemilihan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 25 juga tertakluk untuk menentukan Peserta Hadiah Bulanan Yang Disenarai Pendek. 31. Untuk setiap Bulan Kempen, enam (6) Peserta Hadiah Bulanan Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan nilai Entri yang terrendah akan dihubungi untuk sesi soal dan jawab melalui SMS di nombor telefon bimbit mereka yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank, antara 8.45am sehingga 5.45pm, dari Isnin hingga Khamis dan antara 8.45am sehingga 4.45pm pada Jumaat (kecuali cuti umum), dalam dua belas (12) minggu setelah Tempoh Kempen tamat mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak pihak Bank dan akan dikehendaki untuk menjawab satu soalan dengan betul melalui balasan SMS dalam tarikh akhir dua (2) hari kalendar dari tarikh SMS tersebut dihantar oleh pihak Bank ( Q&A SMS ) untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Bulanan ( Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan ). 32. Jika Peserta Hadiah Bulanan Yang Disenarai Pendek tersebut gagal menjawab Q&A SMS dengan betul atau tidak membalas dalam tarikh akhir, maka Peserta tersebut akan disingkirkan dan tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah Bulanan tersebut. Peserta seterusnya dengan nilai Entri yang terendah dari senarai dalam Klausa 29 kemudiannya akan dihubungi sehingga terdapat enam (6) Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan yang disahkan untuk Bulan Kempen tersebut. 15 33. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, semua Peserta akan menanggung caj telekomunikasi standard yang dikenakan oleh penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi masing-masing untuk setiap balasan SMS. Sekiranya terdapat lebih daripada satu balasan SMS daripada seorang Peserta, hanya balasan SMS yang terawal yang diterima oleh pihak Bank berdasarkan tarikh dan masa seperti yang direkod oleh sistem pihak Bank akan diterima. Sekiranya nombor telefon bimbit Peserta tersebut bukan di bawah penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi berikut yang membenarkan balasan SMS: Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile dan XOX, pihak Bank akan menghubungi Peserta tersebut melalui panggilan telefon sebaliknya. Klausa 9 juga tertakluk untuk Q&A SMS untuk Hadiah Bulanan. C. 1,510x Hadiah Harian: Pulangan Tunai RM Tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di sini, sistem automatik pihak Bank menyenarai semua Entri, kecuali Entri Bonus, yang diperoleh oleh semua Peserta semasa setiap Hari Kempen berdasarkan Nombor Berturutan masing-masing seperti yang dijelaskan dalam Klausa 24. Jumlah bilangan Entri untuk setiap Hari Kempen akan dibahagi dengan 10 untuk mengembalikan nilai pengganda untuk diguna untuk menyenarai pendek sepuluh (10) Peserta untuk setiap Hari Kempen ( Peserta Hadiah Harian Yang Disenarai Pendek ). 35. Setiap Peserta hanya boleh disenarai pendek sekali untuk Hadiah Harian untuk setiap Bulan Kempen. Kaedah pemilihan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 25 juga tertakluk untuk menentukan Peserta Hadiah Harian Yang Disenarai Pendek. 36. Untuk setiap Hari Kempen, Peserta Hadiah Harian Yang Disenarai Pendek akan dihubungi untuk Q&A SMS untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Harian ( Pemenang Hadiah Harian ).
