2 TERMS & CONDITIONS STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A 40 SHARP LED TV Note: Cardholders are advised to read and understand the Campaign Terms and Conditions before participating. 1) The Campaign is valid for selected AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) and AmBank Islamic Berhad ( U) (referred to as the Bank ) Cardholders ( Cardholders ) who received Campaign invitation via SMS or . 2) The Campaign is valid from 23 January 2017 to 26 March 2017 ( Campaign Period ). 3) There will be a total of three (3) Campaign Periods defined as follows: Campaign Period Duration 1 23 January February February March March March ) Each cardholder can stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes during the Campaign Period. To avoid doubt, the same cardholder who win the Prize during Campaign Period 1 will not be eligible to win even entries earned during Campaign Period 2 or 3. This is also applicable for Campaign Period 2. 6) Cardholders shall earn Entries for the followings: Criteria No. of Entries Earned Submit latest income document(s) 2 Accept Credit Limit Increase (if eligible) 6 7) Submission of income document(s) and acceptance of credit limit increase (if eligible) can be made within different Campaign Periods. 8) Entries will be awarded upon complete income document(s) submission. 9) Entries will be allocated within the Campaign Period respectively for submission of income document and acceptance of credit limit. Example: Income document submitted on 25 January 2017, cardholder will earn two (2) entries in Campaign Period 1. When cardholder accept credit limit increase on 19 February 2017, cardholder will earn six (6) entries in Campaign Period 2. 10) Additional income documents that requested by the Bank and acceptance of credit limit are required to be submitted by 2 April 2017 to be eligible for participation in Campaign Period 3.
3 11) Increase in credit limit is subject to the Bank s approval. Selection of Winners Grand Prize 12) The Bank s automated system shall assign to each and every Entry earned by all Cardholders during each Campaign Period its respective unique serial number, which is then used for sorting all Entries in an ascending numeric order. Following this sorting, each Entry is numbered sequentially starting from 1 for the serial number with the lowest value ( Sequential Number ). Following this numbering, the total number of Entries is divided by 6 to return the multiplier value for shortlisting six (6) Participants ( Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants ). Example: 6,000 Entries is divided by 6 to return the multiplier value of 1,000, which means that the Participants with the 1,000th Entry and its multiples: 2,000th, 3,000 th, 4,000th, 5,000th and 6,000 th Entries are the Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants. 13) The three (3) Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants with the lowest Entry values shall be contacted for a recorded question and answer session via telephone call at their mobile number maintained in the Bank s system, between 8.45am until 5.45pm from Mondays to Thursdays and between 8.45am until 4.45pm on Fridays (except public holidays), within ten (10) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and shall be required to answer up to three (3) questions correctly ( Phone Q&A ) to be confirmed as the winners of the Grand Prizes ( Grand Prize Winners ). 14) The Bank shall make three (3) attempts to contact the three (3) Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants in Clause 13. If the first contact attempt fails due to reasons such as no answer, mobile number not in service, no connection or any other reason whatsoever, then the Bank shall make the other two (2) attempts on the next available day and time. If the final attempt is also unsuccessful, then the Shortlisted Grand Prize Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The next Shortlisted Grand Prize Participant with the lowest Entry value from the list in Clause 12 shall then be contacted until there are three (3) confirmed Grand Prize Winners. Example based on Clause 12: The Shortlisted Grand Prize Participants of the 1,000 th, 2,000th and 3,000th Entries shall be contacted for Phone Q&A session first. If the Participant of the 2,000th Entry is disqualified due to three (3) failed contact attempts, then the Participant of the 4,000th Entry shall be contacted. Special Prize 15) The Bank s automated system lists all Entries earned by all Participants during each Campaign Period based on its respective Sequential Number as explained in Clause 12. The total number of Entries for each Campaign Period shall be divided by 15 in order to return the multiplier number to be used to shortlist fifteen (15) Participants for each Campaign Month ( Shortlisted Special Prize Participants ). 16) For each Campaign Period, the fifteen (15) Shortlisted Special Prize Participants with the lowest Entries value shall be contacted for a question and answer session via SMS at their mobile number maintained in the Bank s system, between 8.45am until 5.45pm from Mondays to Wednesdays (except public holidays), within ten (10) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and shall be required to answer a question correctly via SMS reply within the deadline of two (2) calendar days from the date the SMS was sent by the Bank ( SMS Q&A ) to be confirmed as the winners of the Special Prizes ( Special Prize Winners ). 17) A Cardholder can only be shortlisted once for the Prize in the Campaign. In the event the same Cardholder is awarded more than once for the Special Prize, he shall only be selected based on his lowest Entry value. His other Entry (ies) shall be disregarded and the Cardholder with the next Entry value shall be selected instead, as exemplified below:- Example based on Clause 12: If the 800th and 1,600th Entries are from the same Cardholder, then he shall only be selected based on the 800th Entry. For the 1,600th Entry not selected, the Cardholder with the next Entry, which is the 1,601st Entry, shall be shortlisted instead.
4 18) If the Shortlisted Special Prize Participant fails to answer the SMS Q&A correctly or does not reply within the deadline, then the said Shortlisted Special Prize Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Special Prize. The next Participant with the lowest Entry value from the list in Clause 15 shall then be contacted until there are fifteen (15) confirmed Special Prize Winners for the respective Campaign Period. 19) For avoidance of doubt, all Participants shall bear the standard telecommunication charges imposed by their respective telecommunication service providers for each SMS reply. In the event of multiple SMS replies by a Participant, only the earliest SMS reply received by the Bank based on the date and time as recorded by the Bank s system shall be accepted. In the event that the Shortlisted Special Prize Participant s mobile number is not under the following telecommunication service providers that permit SMS replies: Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile and XOX, the Bank shall contact the Participant via telephone call instead. Consolation Prize 20) The Bank s automated system lists all Entries earned by all Cardholders during Campaign Period based on its respective Sequential Number as explained in Clause 12. The total number of Entries during the Campaign Period shall be divided by fifty (50) in order to return the multiplier number to be used to select fifty (50) Cardholders for Consolation Prize each Campaign Period ( Shortlisted Consolation Prize Participants ). 21) For each Campaign Period, the Shortlisted Consolation Prize Participants shall be contacted for SMS Q&A to be confirmed as the winners of the Consolation Prizes ( Consolation Prize Winners ). Clauses 17 and 19 are applicable for the SMS Q&A for Consolation Prizes as well. 22) If a Shortlisted Consolation Prize Participant fails to answer the SMS Q&A correctly or does not reply within the deadline, then the Participant shall be disqualified and not be eligible to win the Consolation Prize. The forfeited Prize shall not be given to another Participant. 23) Winners will be announced within ten (10) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period. The Bank will notify all winners via SMS through their contact information maintained in the Bank s record. 24) Prizes will be delivered to the Winners billing address as per the Bank s record within ten (10) weeks after the Campaign Period ends. Request to redirect the delivery to another address will not be entertained. 25) The Bank reserves the right, as it deems fit, to substitute the Prize with another product of similar retail value in the event the model is not available or discontinued. 26) The Bank makes no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of the Prize and shall not be responsible to replace any lost, stolen or defective Prize, whether due to defects in materials or workmanship by manufacturer, under warranty or otherwise. The Winners are to deal directly with the supplier for such warranty information or claim. 27) The credit card account(s) must be in good standing during the Campaign Period in order to be entitled to the Prizes. 28) The AmBonus and BonusLink points will be credited within 10 weeks upon the end of Campaign Period. 29) The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Campaign, amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time with prior notice not less than 21 calendar days to the Cardholders. 30) Cardholders are required to visit ambankgroup.com/csd/sharp40.pdf for the latest Campaign Terms and Conditions. 6 TERMA DAN SYARAT PELUANG MEMENANGI TV LED SHARP 40 INCI Nota: Pemegang Kad adalah dinasihatkan untuk membaca dan memahami Terma dan Syarat Kempen sebelum menyertai. 1) Kempen ini adalah sah untuk Pemegang Kad ( Pemegang Kad ) AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) dan AmBank Islamic Berhad ( U) (dirujuk sabagai Bank ) terpilih yang menerima jemputan menyertai Kempen melalui SMS atau e-mel. 2) Kempen sah dari 23 Januari 2017 hingga 26 Mac 2017 ( Tempoh Kempen ) 3) Akan terdapat sejumlah tiga (3) Tempoh Kempen yang ditakrifkan seperti berikut: Tempoh Kempen Jangka Masa 1 23 Januari Februari Februari Mac Mac Mac ) Pemegang Kad akan berpeluang untuk memenangi salah satu (1) daripada hadiah berikut semasa Tempoh Kempen Kategori Hadiah Bilangan Pemenang Bilangan pemenang bagi setiap Tempoh Kempen Hadiah Utama TV LED Sharp 40 3 pemenang 1 pemenang Hadiah Khas Kad Starbucks ditambah nilai RM20 45 pemenang 15 pemenang Hadiah Saguhati 3,000 mata ganjaran AmBonus atau 1,500 mata ganjaran BonusLink 150 pemenang 50 pemenang 5) Setiap Pemegang Kad berhak memenangi satu (1) Hadiah sahaja setelah memenuhi kriteria yang diperlukan semasa Tempoh Kempen. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, pemegang kad yang telah memenangi Hadiah semasa Tempoh Kempen 1 tidak layak untuk menang walaupun penyertaan yang diperolehi semasa Tempoh Kempen 2 atau 3. Syarat ini juga tertakluk untuk Tempoh Kempen 2. 6) Pemegang Kad akan memperolehi Penyertaan untuk yang seperti berikut Kriteria Bilangan Penyertaan Menghantar dokumen pendapatan terkini 2 Menerima Peningkatan Had Kredit (jika layak) 6 7) Penghantaran dokumen pendapatan terkini dan penerimaan peningkatan had kredit (jika layak) boleh dibuat dalam masa Tempoh Kempen yang berbeza. 8) Penyertaan akan diberikan setelah penghantaran dokumen pendapatan yang lengkap. 9) Penyertaan akan diperuntukkan mengikut Tempoh Kempen berdasarkan tarikh penghantaran dokumen pendapatan dan penerimaan peningkatan had kredit masing-masing. Contoh: Dokumen Pendapatan dihantar pada 25 Januari 2017, Pemegang Kad akan mendapat dua (2) Penyertaan dalam Tempoh Kempen 1. Apabila Pemegang Kad menerima peningkatan had kredit pada 19 Februari 2017, Pemegang Kad akan mendapat enam (6) Penyertaan dalam Tempoh Kempen 2.
7 10) Dokumen pendapatan tambahan yang diminta oleh pihak Bank dan penerimaan had kredit perlu dibuat selewat-lewatnya pada 2 April 2017 untuk layak mengambil bahagian dalam Tempoh Kempen 3. 11) Peningkatan had kredit adalah tertakluk pada kelulusan Pihak Bank. Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Utama 12) Sistem automatik pihak Bank akan memberikan nombor siri unik kepada setiap Penyertaan yang diperolehi oleh semua Pemegang Kad dalam setiap Tempoh Kempen yang kemudiannya digunakan untuk menyusun semua Penyertaan dalam urutan nombor menaik. Berdasarkan penyusunan ini, setiap Penyertaan Kemasukan dinomborkan secara berturutan bermula dari 1 untuk nombor siri dengan nilai yang paling rendah ("Nombor Urutan "). Berdasarkan aturan nombor ini, jumlah Penyertaan dibahagikan dengan 6 untuk mengembalikan nilai gandaan untuk menyenarai pendek enam (6) Peserta ( Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek ). Contoh: 6,000 Penyertaan dibahagi dengan 6 untuk mengembalikan nilai gandaan 1,000, yang bermaksud Peserta dengan Penyertaan ke-1,000 dan gandaannya: Penyertaan ke-2,000, ke-3,000, ke-4,000, ke-5,000 dan ke-6,000 ialah Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek. 13) Tiga (3) Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan nilai-nilai Penyertaan yang terendah akan dihubungi untuk sesi soal dan jawab yang direkod melalui panggilan telefon di nombor telefon bimbit mereka yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank, antara 8.45 pagi sehingga 5.45 petang dari Isnin hingga Khamis dan antara 8.45 pagi sehingga 4.45 petang pada Jumaat (kecuali cuti umum), dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) minggu setelah Tempoh Kempen tamat mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak pihak Bank dan akan dikehendaki untuk menjawab sehingga tiga (3) soalan dengan betul ( Q&A Telefon ) untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Utama ( Pemenang Hadiah Utama ). 14) Pihak Bank akan membuat tiga (3) cubaan untuk menghubungi tiga (3) Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dalam Klausa 13. Jika cubaan pertama gagal akibat daripada sebab seperti tiada jawapan, nombor telefon bimbit tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan atau sebarang sebab lain apa jua, maka pihak Bank akan membuat dua (2) lagi cubaan pada hari dan masa seterusnya yang tersedia. Jika cubaan terakhir juga tidak berjaya, maka Peserta tersebut akan disingkirkan dan tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah Utama tersebut. Peserta seterusnya dengan nilai Penyertaan yang terendah dari senarai dalam Klausa 12 kemudiannya akan dihubungi sehingga terdapat tiga (3) Pemenang Hadiah Utama yang disahkan. Contoh berdasarkan Klausa 12: Peserta Hadiah Utama Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan Entri ke-1,000, ke- 2,000 dan ke-3,000 akan dihubungi untuk Q&A Telefon dahulu. Sekiranya Peserta dengan Penyertaan ke- 2,000 disingkirkan akibat daripada tiga (3) cubaan perhubungan yang gagal, maka Peserta dengan Penyertaan ke-4,000 akan dihubungi. Hadiah Khas 15) Sistem automatik pihak Bank menyenaraikan semua Penyertaan yang diperolehi oleh semua Pemenang Kad semasa Tempoh Kempen berdasarkan Nombor Urutan masing-masing seperti yang diterangkan dalam Klausa 12. Jumlah Penyertaan dalam setiap Tempoh Kempen akan dibahagikan dengan lima belas (15) untuk mengembalikan nombor gandaan yang akan digunakan untuk menyenarai pendek lima belas (15) Peserta untuk setiap Tempoh Kempen ( Peserta Hadiah Khas Yang Disenarai Pendek ). 16) Untuk setiap Tempoh Kempen, lima belas (15) Peserta Hadiah Khas Yang Disenarai Pendek dengan nilai Penyertaan yang terendah akan dihubungi untuk sesi soal dan jawab melalui SMS di nombor telefon bimbit mereka yang dikekalkan dalam sistem pihak Bank, antara 8.45am sehingga 5.45pm dari Isnin hingga Rabu (kecuali cuti umum), dalam sepuluh (10) minggu setelah Tempoh Kempen tamat mengikut budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak pihak Bank dan akan dikehendaki untuk menjawab satu soalan dengan betul melalui balasan SMS dalam tarikh akhir dua (2) hari kalendar dari tarikh SMS tersebut dihantar oleh pihak Bank ( Q&A SMS ) untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Khas ( Pemenang Hadiah Khas ).
8 17) Pemegang Kad hanya boleh disenarai pendek sekali sahaja untuk Hadiah di dalam Kempen. Sekiranya Pemegang Kad yang sama dipilih lebih daripada sekali bagi Hadiah Khas, dia hanya boleh dipilih berdasarkan nilai Penyertaannya yang paling rendah. Penyertaannya yang lain tidak akan dikira, sebaliknya Pemegang Kad dengan nilai Penyertaan seterusnya akan dipilih, seperti contoh di bawah: - Contoh berdasarkan Klausa 12: Jika Penyertaan ke-800 dan ke-1,600 adalah daripada Pemegang Kad yang sama, maka dia hanya akan dipilih berdasarkan Penyertaan ke-800. Untuk Penyertaan ke-1,600 yang tidak dipilih, Pemegang Kad dengan Penyertaan yang seterusnya, iaitu ke-1,601 sebaliknya akan disenaraipendekkan. 18) Jika Peserta Hadiah Khas Yang Disenarai Pendek tersebut gagal menjawab Q&A SMS dengan betul atau tidak membalas dalam tarikh akhir, maka Peserta tersebut akan disingkirkan dan tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah Khas tersebut. Peserta seterusnya dengan nilai Penyertaan yang terendah dari senarai dalam Klausa 15 kemudiannya akan dihubungi sehingga terdapat lima belas (15) Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan yang disahkan untuk Tempoh Kempen tersebut. 19) Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, semua Peserta akan menanggung caj telekomunikasi standard yang dikenakan oleh penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi masing-masing untuk setiap balasan SMS. Sekiranya terdapat lebih daripada satu balasan SMS daripada seorang Peserta, hanya balasan SMS yang terawal yang diterima oleh pihak Bank berdasarkan tarikh dan masa seperti yang direkod oleh sistem pihak Bank akan diterima. Sekiranya nombor telefon bimbit Peserta tersebut bukan di bawah penyedia perkhidmatan telekomunikasi berikut yang membenarkan balasan SMS: Celcom, DiGi, Maxis, U Mobile dan XOX, pihak Bank akan menghubungi Peserta tersebut melalui panggilan telefon. Hadiah Saguhati 20) Sistem automatik Pihak Bank menyenaraikan semua Penyertaan yang diperolehi oleh semua Pemegang Kad semasa Tempoh Kempen berdasarkan Nombor Urutan masing-masing seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 12. Jumlah Penyertaan untuk setiap Tempoh Kempen akan dibahagikan dengan lima puluh (50) untuk mengembalikan nilai gandaan untuk menyenarai pendek lima puluh (50) Peserta untuk setiap Tempoh Kempen ( Peserta Hadiah Saguhati Yang Disenarai Pendek ). 21) Untuk setiap Tempoh Kempen, Peserta Hadiah Saguhati Yang Disenarai Pendek akan dihubungi untuk Q&A SMS untuk disahkan sebagai pemenang Hadiah Saguhati ( Pemenang Hadiah Saguhati ). Klausa-klausa 17 dan 19 juga tertakluk kepada Q&A SMS untuk Hadiah Saguhati. 22) Jika seorang Peserta Hadiah Saguhati Yang Disenarai Pendek gagal menjawab Q&A SMS dengan betul atau tidak membalas dalam tarikh akhir, maka Peserta tersebut akan disingkirkan dan tidak layak untuk memenangi Hadiah Saguhati tersebut. Hadiah yang dilucutkan hak tidak akan diberikan kepada Peserta yang lain. 23) Pemenang akan diumumkan dalam masa sepuluh (10) minggu selepas tamat Tempoh Kempen. Pihak Bank akan memaklumkan kepada semua pemenang melalui SMS berdasarkan maklumat perhubungan pemenang seperti yang dicatatkan di dalam rekod pihak Bank. 24) Hadiah akan dihantar ke alamat Pemenang mengikut rekod pihak Bank, sepuluh (10) minggu selepas Tempoh Kempen berakhir. Permintaan untuk menukar penghantaran ke alamat lain tidak akan dilayan. 25) Pihak Bank berhak untuk menggantikan Hadiah dengan produk lain yang sama nilai sekiranya model tersebut tidak ada atau dihentikan. 26) Pihak Bank tidak membuat sebarang perwakilan atau jaminan berkenaan dengan kualiti Hadiah dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk menggantikan sebarang Hadiah yang hilang, dicuri atau rosak sama ada disebabkan oleh kecacatan dalam bahan atau mutu kerja oleh pengeluar, di bawah jaminan atau sebaliknya. Pemenang hendaklah berurusan terus dengan pembekal untuk maklumat jaminan atau tuntutan. 27) Akaun kad kredit perlu berada dalam rekod yang baik semasa Tempoh Kempen untuk kelayakan mendapat Hadiah.
9 28) Mata ganjaran AmBonus dan BonusLink akan dikreditkan dalam masa sepuluh (10) minggu setelah tamat Tempoh Kempen. 29) Pihak Bank berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menamatkan Kempen ini, meminda, memadam atau menambah mana-mana Terma dan Syarat ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan memberi notis terlebih dahulu tidak kurang daripada dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar kepada Pemegang Kad. 30) Pemegang Kad dikehendaki untuk melayari ambankgroup.com/csd/sharp40.pdf untuk Terma dan Syarat terkini Kempen.
