Appointments are required: please call the center at Bring the following to your appointment: last year s state and federal tax returns, Social Security Card and statement (SSA-1099), any income records, including W-2s from employment, unemployment statements, pension and IRA statements, interest and dividend statements, itemized deductions, brokerage statements, state and federal estimated tax payment records, and for those under Covered California Health Care, Form 1095A or Exemption Certificate; also a voided check for any direct deposit refund. Pauline Baker has arranged a benefit for the Club with Polly s Pies. Enjoy a meal at their restaurant at 136 North Raymond in Fullerton and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the Senior Club. Please present the Polly s Pies coupon in this newsletter to your server when you visit the restaurant on February 1 st or pick one up at the Club office. Come and enjoy Polly s while supporting the Senior Club. Save the date for the Winter Wonderland Social on February 15, 2018 at 3:00 and dance to the music of the Five Star Band. The entrance fee is $5.00. Flyers are available in the Senior Club Office. Starting the 1 st of March, membership in the Club will be required to book travel events. This is due to the limitation imposed on nonprofit clubs for income received from non-member sources. We are considering a human interest addition to the Fullerton Senior News. This would feature people and/or programs in a story with a photo. Volunteers are welcome to be in charge of this effort. Phyllis Levin has been appointed as the new Social Chairperson. She is currently planning out the new year s parties. Volunteers to help with social events should contact Phyllis who is at the Membership Desk in the Club Office every Monday.
