Appointments are required: starting January 5, you may call the center at It is important to call the center if you must cancel your appointment. Bring the following to your appointment: last year s state and federal tax returns, Social Security Card and statement (SSA-1099), any income records, including W-2s from employment, unemployment statements, pension and IRA statements, interest and dividend statements, itemized deductions, brokerage statements, state and federal estimated tax payment records, and for those under Covered California Health Care, Form 1095A or Exemption Certificate; also a voided check for any direct deposit refund. Hearing Impaired Class Thursdays, January 8 - March 26 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Learn about the science of hearing, gain practical training and acquire helpful techniques to improve communication skills. Basic lip-reading will be introduced. Also, understand more about the basics of using assistive hearing devices. Preregister for this free OAP semester course at Karaoke Up! One of my main goals for 2015 is to help recruit new members to join us so that we might have one of the largest senior club memberships in Orange County. We encourage our current members to become more involved with the club; we also encourage you to become a regular volunteer. If you can help in any way or if you have any questions, please feel free to see me or one of our newly elected officers. We want to thank our former devoted Travel Director, Ellen Hanley, and wish her a wonderful retirement.
